3rd time there. The aroma is delightful. So many goodies, your head spins. Brownies, donuts, bread, cupcakes.... Friendly staff. Very helpful. Order ahead if needed. Get there early! Donuts sell out quickly. Open 6:30 AM til 2:00 PM, Mon-Sat. Closed Sun-Mon

Prices have been going up just like everything else the donuts taste good but I've noticed them getting smaller as well

So I have been planning an ice fishing trip to NE Michigan, but I thought I can only fish in the afternoon/evening as I need to leave the mornings open.... as I am building my vacation around Tradewinds Bakery and making a visit at 7 am for a couple of "turtle" sticks each morning......the turtle stick is as good as it gets. Everything is made in house the morning/night before like a bakery ! North of Bay City, East of I-75 all the way to Mackinaw, this is the best bakery there is. One of the best in Lower Michigan actually.

What a hidden gem for real hand made doughnuts, made each day starting before midnight and done before they open. Even after moving from Roger's city to Cheboygan, a 70mile round trip, I still travel that distance for absolutely fantastic doughnuts. A must visit for anyone in the area, but get up early, because when they are sold, they don't make more, they sellout daily between 8am and noon depending on the time of year. Get there early!

Best tasting donuts in the county. Sugar cookies and Italian wedding cookies also a favorite. Pecan pie as good as Mom's. These are the only things I have tried so far. They have a large selection for a small town bakery.

We've been going here at least 30 years (perhaps longer!) and the place never fails to delight! I love their date cookies and their breads are delicious too! I live in Philadelphia now but when I get back to Rogers City...I always make sure I can stop in to enjoy their baked goods!

This little bakery is awesome. 1. It opens very early like a bakery should and 2. the donuts and pastries are so very good and 3. the customer service is friendly.
