I am not a person who usually writes a poor review. We feel like our purchase was a bait and switch. They are very unprofessional and do not follow through as promised and then do not refund as promised. Larry does not care. He apologizes and then acts cold and uncaring. This whole experience has been horrible. Stay away from them!!

Got our floors done at our cabin, we went from carpet to wood floors, they turned out BEAUTIFUL!! The crew was great and professional, if ever needing work done again will be using them! Alec was great working with as well

After several months of looking for the perfect dining set, the handmade quarter sawn oak Amish table and chairs stole my hear! The salespeople are not pushy…they are there if you need them, happy to help. I must have visited the dining set a half dozen times before finally purchasing…but they were so patient! I had free white glove delivery with expert, gracious gents doing the installation and cleanup. Perfection!

Alec and Larry have taken great care of 2 generations of Sergison families. Their furniture is very comfortable. They are honest and straight shooters. Can't say anything bad about this store. The time Alec spent with us helping pick colors and etc was great. He knew where to go in designs and colors with minimum description from us. To have a sales rep that can eliminate the tedious selection time... was great. Also the in home delivery process was great as well. Ordered 4 queen beds and box springs and when we came back to our cottage the box springs and mattresses were sitting on each bed. I was expecting to have to haul these beds upstairs on my own from the garage but Alec and his crew did it for me. Great service and no scratches or scuffs on any of the walls!

Ordered furniture & paid a down payment on 1-19-21. Was told probably 8 week delivery time but plan on 12 weeks to be safe, it’s now been over 21 weeks with no end in sight. Zero updates from the staff, no communication at all except when we call to check. No tracking, no attempts at finding anything out from manufacturer at all. Very poor customer relations & service, would not recommend doing any business with them.

Well I know this area, if you have the right to say that you have the best of a product that's fine. What I see here is less than a general online orders store. So we had a hard loss with Brewbakers selling out to Artvan now that one is closing shop. It still doesn't give the assumption that the options are now 70s. Pattern or leather.

Just moved to Onaway, and we set out to do a little exploring in Rogers City. Stopped in to take a look, and were impressed on the store, staff and furnishings. They Carry top brands like smith brothers and more. The handcrafted wood furniture is totally incredible. And you can customize till your heart or budget is content. We weren't looking for anything in particular, but bought a one of a kind chase lounge, and are still selecting bar stools, counter stools and tables. So many options! Love this place and it was totally unexpected.

I really wanted to like this furniture store. They are locally owned and run & the store itself is quaint & fun to shop. Sadly, that's where it ends. The furniture is over priced, doesn't hold up at all & trying to get service is like pulling teeth. They really need to work on customer service & getting some better manufacturers if they're going to charge so very much.

No one should leave Rogers City without at least one visit to this beautiful store. Quality products! (Just walking around is a visual delight.) Excellent service! (These people really care.) Good prices! (I shopped around and they had the better price.) It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I'll be back.
