We have gone to Jay's Furniture Barn for all of our furniture. It's not only good quality but we love working with the people there. Cassey Loomis in particular is amazing. She goes above and beyond to find you what you are looking for. We will always go to Jay's when we need something for our house. They haven't let us down yet.

**UPDATE** If you have an issue Aaron the store manager is who you need to speak with!! Once he saw the reviews I posted due to no help from customer service he came through for us!! He had bob kirsch come out fix our table! Now the set is everything I wanted it to be!! Thank you Aaron for all your hard work getting this situation settled!! I bought an Indian Rosewood table that cost over $2000 when I open the package the table top was already scratched the chairs are wobbly and where the wood seams look broken and poorly put together it sticks up and catches on clothing!!! I immediately notified Casey Who asked me to send in pictures of the damage which I did on April 19th and she said their maintenance department would get back to me Within a Few days time. I never received an answer!! We finally open the chairs to find out that they were damage to so I also sent her that information on April 26 and again she said that maintenance would reach out to us. A week or two later my husband called in and we got the same story that maintenance would reach out to us!! It is now July 9 we have never received any correspondence and I have an expensive table with blemishes!!!! At the very least I should’ve been offered a discount if they were not gonna do nothing!!

This was our first time here and will go back again. The staff are friendly and not pushy. He gave us time to look at our own leisure and checked in to see if we had questions. Nothing fancy, but that is why there prices are reasonable. We left with a new recliner.

My wife ordered a chair for me from Jay's Furniture Barn. The chair arrived with some damage underneath and along the side. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the overall comfort of the chair. I contacted Laura about it and she was very apologetic. I agreed to meet her at the store on my lunch to work something out. I ended up swapping the chair out for a nicer, more comfortable option. Paid the difference and left. Later in the day, when Laura and I were trying to tack down a delivery date, she offered to personally deliver my new chair after she got out of work the next day. I actually felt bad taking her up on this offer because it was so far above and beyond what I expected. I didn't want to put her out like that but she insisted. This place exceeded my expectations (minus the fact that it is cold enough in there to hang sides of beef LOL). I am a big believer in supporting local mom-and-pop establishments and I am happy to have done business here.

Recently purchased a new sectional from Jay's furniture barn and I couldn't be happier with how everything went, from the selection at the store/barn to the delivery. Cassey was professional and friendly, she even talked me out of a purchase that wouldn't have been right for my home and this made me trust her that much more. She worked with us on price and gave us a deal when I also purchased a complimenting area rug and side table. The delivery was flawless and the gentlemen were very professional as well. They set everything up, including the rug and wouldn't even stand on it to get back around to leave because he didn't want to get it dirty with his boots. Very happy with our choice to shop at Jay's furniture barn. Update - I cannot express how impressed with Jay's furniture barn and more specifically Cassey, I am. After just a couple month I noticed that the cushions, which are attached to the back of the couch, split away from one another. I called Cassey and they told me to bring it back in. They re-upholstered it for me. I mean, what, that's awesome. I have big dogs and the previous placement of the couch, in front of a window, likely were the cause of the separation and Jay's didn't hesitate to fix this for us. The couch will not be put back in the same location as to try to prevent this issue again. But man, I cannot say enough good things about this store and it's employees! Happy customer here!

Worth the drive. Fabulous stuff, reasonably unobtrusive Salesforce, a real adventure (dress warmly they ain't kidding when they say barn) to shop. Tons of stuff you might wanna buy. The fiscal gears turn in your head as you see yet another thing you want in your house.

Jay’s Furnature Barn is a hidden treasure for furnature shopping. Skip the high-pressure sales and large overhead and go straight to the barn!! Their selection is great and best of all - their sales people listen to your needs and help you pick out the best piece for your home. I highly recommend Holden as your furniture expert! He listened to my needs, showed me options and sold me what I was looking for! He was honest about order lead time and is even working with a supplier on a custom order piece. I like to spend my money locally and that IS the place to buy furniture!! Thanks Holden for filling our home with high-quality, great priced furniture!!

Great quality, selection and prices. But best of all the service (provided by a young lady named Cassie) was outstanding! She was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, not because she wanted a sale, but because that's who she really is. The financing was well explained and an easy process. We purchased a great bed as well as a dining set, and we'll definitely be going back again in the future. No need or desire to shop anyplace else.

Cassey was terrific! Even though she was juggling several customers at once she managed to give everyone the attention needed. We bought several pieces and will be back. Prices were very reasonable and appear to be quality pieces.

A "SHOUT OUT" to Jay's FB for their outstanding customer service. I purchased a new dining room table and chairs 2 years ago. I started having finish issues and called to asked about possible warranty. Well, manufacturers warranty is only 1 year. However, Aaron said if I brought it to him he would repair it as a customer service. I did, and He did. It is now better than it was when new. "Thank You Aaron".
