We purchased new kitchen appliances July 2021. it is now April 2022 and we still don't have a refrigerator that has been paid for since July. I understand it is not the sales associate who is to blame and I was told there would be a wait. This is just getting to be quite ridiculous. We are very frustrated to have paid for something we don't have in our home. They have our money and we have nothing. We considered buying other big ticket items there but are hesitant after this ordeal.

Sales experience with Eli was wonderful but unfortunately the delivery contractor was obnoxiously rude. Ended up canceling the entire sale because of the delivery guys horrible attitude. This guy did not reflect well on ABC Warehouse.

Jeremy was so helpful. He got us a great deal on a washer and dryer. Between paperwork and loading it took all of 20 minutes very good service.

Got what we were looking for but the salesman acted like he was po'd that his sale was so small. He had a HUGE attitude. And when we asked him questions he said he couldn't help us. And he asked someone else if they knew anything about it she said no too. Went to Walmart. I hate Walmart.
