Salesperson (Brad Nelson) was helpful and knowledgable and spent time explaining the various washer/dryer models and pointed us in the right direction. He answered all our questions and gave honest feedback. We will definitely seek his assistance when we do our kitchen remodel next year. The delivery/install team (Dave S. and Dominic) were amazing, as well. They were timely, friendly and courteous. They went over and above by making sure the install of our washer and dryer was up to code (which the previous hook-up was not) by replacing copper tubing and installing the dryer vent properly. We are very pleased with the team at Big George's In Ann Arbor.

Excellent experience going with Big George's. Definitely will be coming back. Joe and Jermaine performed the washing machine delivery and they were awesome to work with. Super friendly and helpful. They even moved my dryer to the new laundry room location which shows they are willing to go out of their way to help the customer. The sales rep was also very helpful and informative. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

Great selection of appliances. The sales staff was super patient and kept us in the loop waiting for the cook top to come in. Their installation crew was reasonably priced and they quickly got our stove in, even with a trim needed on the countertops. Very pleased with the quality of work and the speed of getting it done. highly recommend.

Great purchase, delivery and installation experience with Big George’s! Austin was helpful in the selection & ordering process. The scheduling process and confirmations were excellent. Andrew H & Erik K were friendly, timely and careful with delivery and set up. Joey G & Derek B were great and installed a dishwasher and microwave despite a few challenges with the space. All identified themselves upon arrival and provided a text or call prior to arrival. We will recommend Big George’s to others and be back for future needs!

William and Grant were amazing- not only were they professional but they paid special attention to detail and made sure that they didn’t scratch up our newly laid hardwood floors. They went above and beyond installing our appliances and even worked ahead of schedule! They called ahead to let us know they could come earlier which freed up my day! I couldn’t be happier with our new purchase and the install - thank you again to William and Grant for everything- you guys Rock!

I had an amazing experience! Patrick was very knowledgeable and I appreciated not being pressured to buy. I was able to make a decision on a new washer dryer set and purchase that same day. Delivery and installation went very smoothly. Both Bryon W and David C were very efficient and patient with my questions. They made sure both appliances were running and in excellent condition. They took away old machines and were very clean in the process. Thank you all, I will definitely be back!

Great experience! I figured out what dishwasher I wanted online, made a phone call to order it, and it was delivered within 3 weeks. Coin helped me over the phone and he was easy to work with and very nice. I had to call in to schedule my delivery and the individual I spoke with was also very helpful. Finally, the two gentlemen who came to install the dishwasher were timely and able to install it quickly and without any problems. They were also very friendly. I would be quick to purchase another appliance from Big George’s next time I have a need.

I can not say enough about how happy I am with Big Georges. My salesperson Chad was awesome!! So knowledgeable and was honest with us about our choices of appliances!! Our delivery guys, Dominic and William were probably the nicest ever. One item was missed and they had it back here within 30 minutes. Who has that kind of service!! Aaron and Eddie were very friendly while installing my washer and dryer. They did a great job and were very attentive to detail (like the door of the machines opening the right way and giving me time to clean behind the machine before installing the new ones). Little things that in prior experience was not possible. I appreciate Big George’s and their employees time, especially my sales person Austin to the delivery guys Aaron and Eddie. They really went beyond for me and my family.So Thank you-
