We're driving down to Florida and all of a sudden the hitch and in my vehicle became a loose. U-Haul was kind enough to give me a courtesy toe and went to hotel and the next day you got the car into the mechanic and everything turned out to be fantastic waited in the mechanics office for 3 hours but he did to repair and off we went to Florida thank you to the lady that assist me from you all over the phone

The location is easy to get to. The staff is very caring and attentive to the needs and concerns of my rental experience. And I must add that the service worker, Lenora, is awesomely kind, professional and efficient . I also would like to compliment Lenora's Manger, Erica! I think you are doing a great job. Keep it up!!!

I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name here but he was awesome!!! Very helpful and so nice. Answered all our questions and actually took time to make sure all our needs were taken care of while we were here. When we go back I will try to get his name.

Overall good experience although I would recommend that there are csrs go over every detail of the vehicle that you're renting and it would be great if they walked you out to the vehicle instead of looking for the vehicle. This would help avoid mistakes when renting and making sure that you get exactly what you need

Nice and helpful staff.. plenty of vehicles and things available at the store.. unfortunately not giving a 5 star because the thing i had reserved for was not available as it was given to other customers.

Over charged for my U-Haul movement under “others” category. If did not review my credit card statement, it would have been gone unnoticed. Called customer care, they are processing refund now. Hope I will get my money soon.

No one is hear to help ..no customer service and and after 30min of call and all ..no respond .. i can not access key the locker is frozen...i hope someone going sue this people..

Was pleasantly surprised at the customer service here...Kudos to Matt and the crew for clearing the snow out of the way for the clients and keeping the vehicles warm for the customers. I saw this and thought that the certain other U-Haul establishments could take a couple of tips from this crew. 😉
