I was a bit skeptical buying from this store due to some negative reviews but glad I did. I've purchased several items from them over the last 6 months, beautiful expanding dining table /chairs, bedroom set and just received my couch sectional (special order - waited for a few months for delivery from overseas) - the wait was well worth it. Overall, very happy with the quality of the furniture as well as their team. Sales rep was very patient with us and showed us around answered a thousand questions :) and the delivery guys were nice, gave me a 30 minutes heads up. Arrived on time and set everything up, even took my old furniture down to the garage. Excellent service. I would use again and again - and I have.

Buyers beware, scammers !!!!!!! Will sell you cheap Chinese furniture as expensive Italian. I wasted 5000 for a low quality sofa , they would not do anything, they only gave me option to return it back for 3000$. Scammers, con artists, please keep yourself out of nightmare, do not buy from them!

I have purchased an ET204 dining table from Creative Furniture in January. Though the item is a bit expensive it is worth every penny spent. The quality and functionality of this extendable dining table is great. I love this table! I'm thinking to order matching chairs from the same collection.

I ordered an office table, and warned a delivery team to be careful with our BRAND NEW hardwood floors. They were nasty about it and said - we are careful, while I was observing them moving table not by picking it up and putting it down, but by SLIDING it ON the floor. I could hear our poor floors shriek. When I told them they are scratching it - their response was - oh, but the legs are plastic. Well, plastic can also scratch, and indeed, I noticed scratches on my floor. Not only delivery team did not apologize, they gave me an attitude, called me hormonal and said that the scratches were there. I have no words to describe how unprofessional and offensive these guys are. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from Creative furniture. By the way, when we called an office and spoke to a manager - his response was - oh, guys are usually very good. No reimbursement for ruined floors, no apology for delivery guys attitude, NOTHING. I regret ever buying anything from Creative furniture. Damage to the floors is not worth the furniture I got. I am yet to speak to a contractor about fixing our floors. Next time I'll order furniture on Wayfair, they have same items and prices are comparable. Instead of creative furniture they should have named themselves - "buy at your own risk".
