When you buy something, be sure to check it clearly. I bought AirPods pro, and a black salesperson gave me an unpackaged one. At that time, I put it in the bag without checking. When I checked after get off work, I found that there was only a charging cable in it, so I called them. They told me to bring the receipt and the box to take it down, but they said they couldn't help you🙄 What is the company's after-sales service is very bad, and I will never go here again.

Chris, the floor manager who was employed by apple at 1 pm on Oct 4 2022 was very rude. He instigated other employees on the sales floor not to assist me on my returns. I purchased phones that I wanted to return and apple confirmed that I could return phones to any location. I don’t understand why Chris, the manager has his own policies to follow. I would like apple to reach back out to me with an explanation why their store policies are different if they’re all one company. The employee was helping me and Chris came along after and asked him not to help me. This is completely unacceptable. We pay for products and services and get treated badly. The employees were also laughing and giggling and made me wait 1 hour to assist me.

Being a hard core android guy, it pains me to admit when I visited with my sister for her birthday gift I was very impressed with the organization and speed at which this place operated. Very efficient store. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and answered every question with confidence. Would definitely recommend (if your into apple)🤣

I had an appointment at the Genius Bar for help with my iPhone. I was lucky enough to receive assistance and insight from a young gentleman named Bruno. I know there's an R&B star named Bruno Mars. Bruno at Apple Menlo Park deserves a name that's even greater. Let's call him Bruno Saturn. Thanks, Bruno!

I've been in the Apple universe since the late 80s so I'm used to the greatness and sadly the nonsense associated with their products. I have always received exceptional service from the staff at the Menlo Park Mall Apple Store. I've come here for years from when they had the dedicated Genius Bar in back to the new setup where it's more communal. Each time staff have been patient and helpful in any service matter from swapping out a logic board on a Black MacBook, which still works great, years after it's warranty was active to the most recent issue with AirPods Pro that suffered critical issues after the warranty expired. Staff was wonderful in diagnosing the issue and providing me with a replacement to keep me listening to my Apple Music library. I have spoken with so many staff over the years and friendly service remains the standard by which they provide exceptional product support and sales advice. If you are not yet in the Apple world this would be the place to start and if you currently use Apple products this would be the spot for service and repairs.

Very organized and cool ambiance with great staff, went there with a friend that got a new apple phone 📱 but unfortunately after she bought it they gave it to her without setting anything, so she came back next day. 🤔 I guess they were about to close the store so the associate didn't provide her with a good service thinking about the time and rushing. What a bad customers experience. But next day they were very helpful and knowledgeable and fixed it. 👍

"An electronic supermarket" is how I would like to refer to this busy store. Getting an appointment for the Genius Bar will be a wiser option as you can walk in at the required time or will be stuck in long lines that will give you a feeler of waiting to watch Star Wars in the cinemas, beating the huge lines. The staff here are all apples from the same basket - sweet and knowledge-wealthy and nothing rotten. They give you your time and are well equipped to answer any tech question you throw at them. They have great choice of selections on all their brand's gadgets. The only sour point I recently had was with a refurbished iPad that I picked which was given in a bag and not in a box or with a charging cable. This was unexpected and could have been communicated proactively.

Was there with an appointment and they somehow skipped me. I sat there for more than hour after my appointment time and grabbed a rep and they said I was not even on the waiting list. Someone must of forgot to put in the system that I was there . I also had a phone on hold for purchase and the rep said that I would be next but somehow they were In front of me and took 3 customers that arrived after me before realizing that they forgot to take care of me and didn't even apologize .

Have been to Apple stores in California and it was quite a different experience. This store in Edison was good , but it is extremely crowded most of the times and you will have to wait in line. There is of course help outside , who looks for your products and let’s you know . Went today and couldn’t find iPhone accessories.. wish they had better stock of products. I also couldn’t service my laptop here . It’s always backed up and service is a bit slow. We love apple products though and we keep going back to this store ;) thumbs up.
