Getting an appointment for the Genius Bar will be a wiser option as you can walk in at the required time or will be stuck in long lines that will give you a feeler of waiting to watch Star Wars in the cinemas, beating the huge lines. The staff here are all apples from the same basket - sweet and knowledge-wealthy and nothing rotten. They give you your time and are well equipped to answer any tech question you throw at them. They have great choice of selections on all their brand's gadgets. The only sour point I recently had was with a refurbished iPad that I picked which was given in a bag and not in a box or with a charging cable.
