Not pleasant experience at check out or check in. Received vehicle with slow leak on rear tire that dropped pressure to 15 psi within a day. Very dangerous. Definitely renting elsewhere next time.

I made the reservation online. The truck was ready and in good condition. The only thing I would say is be aware of the charges on your bill. Make sure you understand everything before you sign because I found they tried to tack on charges that weren't right.

Reserved a truck that was not there when I arrived. The business then attempted to charge me more for a van (smaller than vehicle I reserved). Eventually I accepted the van and was given a vehicle with less than a half tank of gas (see pic). When I returned the vehicle I had refueled it over 1/2 tank leaving it with more gas than when I took posession of the vehicle. The business then charged me over $73 in refuling costs because the tank was not full. I called the business multple times to have this rectified and they gave me attitude saying they were looking in to it. Never received refund or response.

Ordered a truck online and received a reservation confirmation. Budget called me much later that day and said instead no truck was available. Then how do I have a reservation? Called their help line 2 times and twice was told they would look into any availability at other locations and should expect a call from their inventory manager. Never received a call back. I call a third time to find out that they canceled my reservation completely w/o notice and that there are no trucks available whatsoever. Keep in mind I was willing to go farther away. I NEVER received a call back regarding ANY of this from a manager as I was told I would.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I needed a small box truck to move equipment as my company truck was in the shop. I ordered one online and said that the Caldwell location had it for the next day. Seemed easy enough and very convenient. I get there at the pickup time the next day and the guy behind the desk rolls his eyes and says there are no 12 foot trucks. I said I have my order # right here saying the truck is available. I am told to calm down (mind you I wasn't raising my voice or anything). I was a second from ripping the computer off the desk. He starts complaining to me about their reservation system, I didn't care. He says they have larger trucks there, but we would have to pay extra for some insurance thing. Absolutely not, I am not paying more for your botched ordering system. I have him call a manager and hear the inventory person on the other end explaining how he doesn't have time to deal with this issue and that we need to go to a different location. This is the first and last time I use Budget for anything. Terrible company and zero customer service.

I am not sure why the reviews for this location are so low, but I had a very good experience with them. Reserved the truck online, and when Budget tried to push our drop off location to 60 miles away, these guys sorted it out. They were short a few moving blankets, but only charged us for the couple they could provide us. The truck was clean and perfect for the move. And best of all, they do offer after hours drop off. I really appreciated all their help.

Ordered a truck. Got confirmation from Budget. Came at the set time to get the truck. Was told that there are no available trucks, period. It's just wrong. They should at least call and tell me, that there is some problem, so I could rearrange the order. They did not. I do not recommend this Budget location to anybody, and company should communicate/control it better.
