Best truck rental agency in Caldwell, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Reserved a truck that was not there when I arrived. The business then attempted to charge me more for a van (smaller than vehicle I reserved). Eventually I accepted the van and was given a vehicle with less than a half tank of gas (see pic). When I returned the vehicle I had refueled it over 1/2 tank leaving it with more gas than when I took posession of the vehicle. The business then charged me over $73 in refuling costs because the tank was not full. I called the business multple times to have this rectified and they gave me attitude saying they were looking in to it. Never received refund or response. ~Joseph
