Dunkin'

Second time in two weeks that I was overcharged. Ordered only one item: an extra large coffee, and was charged for a donut as well. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake, but when it happened a second time only 2 weeks later, I have a hard time believing this is accidental. Both times when I brought it to their attention after swiping my card and seeing the extra $1.50 charge, cashier was rude and unapologetic and made it seem like I was at fault for holding up the line. Rather than give me back the difference, she said I’ll give you a donut next time. I said no thank you, I don’t want a donut, I’d like the amount I was overcharged to be returned. She seemed irritated and annoyed. As convenient as this location is for me, as a matter of principle I will not be returning. Customers beware. ~Aylin

Exxon

Service depends on who you get. Most of the guys are good, but there is one miserable guy who yelled at me to turn my engine off. No one ever turns their car off here said it was the fumes, the car is 1 year old there were no fumes just some smoke due to the temperature. I told him to give me my credit card back and went elsewhere to get gas. He's an older guy not very good. ~G

United States Postal Service

Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place. So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades. Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it. Stay safe and be well... ~Christian

Cloverleaf Tavern

Staff was super friendly and very attentive. The outdoor patio was perfect for a bite on a sunny day. The taquitos on the small plates menu were amazing as were the sliders. Will be returning very soon. My wife and son also enjoyed it. ~Raul

Professional Physical Therapy

My therapist Heidi was exceptional in her knowledge, skills and abilities in providing physical therapy for my knee. She also has a very kind, encouraging and positive demeanor which I really appreciated. She was quickly able to identify the root issue for the knee pain. The excercises Heidi chose to resolve that issue were very helpful. On the whole I am very grateful and feel blessed to find my therapist Heidi and Professional Physical Therapy practice. ~Priscilla

Rockn' Joe Coffee Bar

Came here for the first time with my husband and we really enjoyed our breakfast. The hardest part was deciding what to order. We both ended up ordering omelets and loved how thin and delicious they were. The chia coconut bar was also very tasty and not too sweet! We will be back :) Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes … More ~Kimberly
