Heidi Q at Professional Physical Therapy in Caldwell is an excellent physical therapist. She specializes in injuries of the ankle and foot but provides complete PT for your needs She has worked with me in regaining my mobility after a severe ankle fracture that required surgery. She is thoughtful in her approach. She always provides the what and why about the particular therapy. Her encouraging and positive attitude help with the mental and physical recovery. I appreciate her focused attention for the hour I am there. The entire staff is professional and engaged. They work together to make sure the patient gets the best care. I leave each session with exercises that are easy to do at home so that I maintain my forward progress. I would highly recommend Heidi and Professional Physical Therapy.

My therapist Heidi was exceptional in her knowledge, skills and abilities in providing physical therapy for my knee. She also has a very kind, encouraging and positive demeanor which I really appreciated. She was quickly able to identify the root issue for the knee pain. First, I have never liked PT, until I found Heidi and now I want to go to every Dr. I know and ask for a script for everything hhaha Anyway, I have sprained my ankles my entire life , to the point where I walked into PT with Heidi and she told me “these are not ankles” 😆 . Today is one of my last sessions and I can’t believe the progress I’ve made. I wasn’t able to sit into a chair without my ankle twisting and today I stood on this wobble board and moved my ankle , steadily and confidently in every direction without spraining it . I’m so thankful For the best PT in the land , and for Michelle at the front desk who’s always on it when it comes to scheduling and reminders and just being a great human. Thank you :) Can I leave 6 stars????

Professional Physical Therapy is outstanding. Many times, Heidi, Chris and Lisa have been so helpful and alleviated orthopedic pain for both my sons. Heidi was incredible after my son’s orthopedic surgery. She was the first email and call when we found out he needed surgery, so we could get on her schedule. Chris has such a nice bedside manner and way to connect with the teens. We refer to the physical therapists here as our miracle workers! The support staff is lovely and responsive.

Highly recommend the Caldwell sites. Heidi has helped me tremendously with my lumbar spine and peripheral neuropathy. She has brought me hope after being told I would have to “live with it”. I’m enjoying playing golf again! All the staff are friendly and professional.

I have been working with Heidi Quackenboss, PT for years now (low back injury and after hip surgery). Currently, I am seeing her for my neck and upper back. There is a reason that every single time I need physical therapy, I end up going back to Heidi. Heidi is the epitome of professional, and an expert in her field. In late January I broke, dislocated and sprained my ankle slipping on black ice . I required ORIF surgery and physical therapy . I am 4 months into the healing process and showing a lot of progress thanks to my wonderful therapist Jeannette and her great aide Michael . My therapist knows exactly what I need to get better . She is very empathetic and helps to educate me how to help myself . Jeannette is very knowledgeable and I totally trust her in my recovery .
