So I chuckled that my orthopaedic doc told me I need some Physical Therapy. He said, "They'll use some heat, ultrasound and massage" to help my condition so obviously I was good with that. I learned quickly that it involved me working out to help my cause hahahaha ... bicycle, leg stretches, stepper, boards etc. When I got there, I met Ashley, she did my PT assessment/measurements and we talked about what was going on. The facility is very clean and bright. The receptionist and staff are all very friendly. The stations are not so close that its crowded and the team there always makes sure no one is standing around and jump in IF your PT is tending to another patient. My condition is improving and I have ALREADY recommended this Nova-Care facility to others.

I highly recommend the Laurel Springs location. I had Alyssa "Lou" & Kristin so far. These ladies are the bomb! Very patient, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind & just down to earth. They care how I'm feeling & listen. No pressure on speed & are definitely looking out for me; they'll get me back to normal, if not better. Place is clean & they're easy to schedule with. All physical therapist have great teamwork & look out for you.

Top notch team at this location. I could barely walk after 4 complex back and neck surgeries and in just 6 weeks I feel better than I have in years from the specific program they put me on. The moment you walk in you are greeted and feel the positivity from the entire staff to all the patients. Kristen is the BEST!

Ashley Miller and the physical therapists at the Chews Landing location have been great. Had a wear and tear injury which I thought was sciatic but pinpointed the issue to my hip and entire surrounding area. I was fearful I was doing the wrong exercises and stretches designated for my injury so I went to NovaCare on a recommendation from my sister. They've been wonderful and knowledgeable. Exercises and stretches were key and every day I am feeling better not to mention they work and knead out the area because it is a muscle issue that truly affected my nerves. I'm glad I made the choice to go and when my visits are done, I will continue my daily routine so I can get back to working out. Great Facility!

The staff follows CDC regulations so it’s safe. The staff is courteous, polite and knowledgeable of each patient’s case and waste no time getting you started on the road to recovery. Before starting my treatment at NovaCare I was not hopeful of living a pain free life without surgery or pain medication.
