Do not rent from here I have been waiting weeks to hear from management i went to website as others asked all with no response. I was charged $635 for a dent that was already in the bumper. The dent was hidden by backing the vehicle against the fence.... Warning!! Scammers they never contact you back to dispute a claim. Use another rental car company I beg you. I will post 1 star review on every enterprise I can until I actually talk to the district manager. Look up my name in the system if you actually want me to stop spreading the truth about enterprise

Although I went there for a rental due to my car being totaled, I had a very good experience. The employee there was very nice and helpful. I was able to pick out the car I wanted to use and went with the 2018 Toyota RV (awesome vehicle by the way!) The return process did not take long. I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

I reserved a van for family visiting from out of town for the week on line. The rental was nearly brand new, clean, and well equipped. While the office was quite busy Brianna(?) was professional and efficient. No problems with the drop off or the processing of payment. A great experience.

WORST customer service ever!!!!!!! My bf called them to set up a rental car while ours is in the shop ... They informed us they had no cars at all on the lot but they should be able to get us one in the morning... (Mind you this was for an insurance claim).. So I called the same location (Hammonton) and asked about getting a car this evening at 430 and miraculously they had quite a few to choose from ... So because we needed a car being paid for with an insurance claim (that we pay good money for every month) they weren't willing to help us... But when they thought they were going to get money upfront they couldn't be helpful enough....

I always use Enterprise Rent-A Car when traveling for business or when having my truck repaired. I have used the Hammonton NJ site several times in the past. The staff there is friendly and courteous to all who enter. My last visit to the Hammonton site was when my truck was in for repair. The staff at the Hammonton upgraded my vehicle to a larger size.
