If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was pitiful, had a problem with my account and not only did they not answer the phone, they closed the door on me 20 minutes before they closed and I had rushed there from work.

I stopped by the drive-thru ATM outside to withdraw some money, however, the ATM machine was out of service. I drove around and went inside the lobby and tried to withdraw $600 from my checking account, but the machine only dispensed $80. I checked my bank account and was showing a $600 withdraw even though the machine only delivered $80. I call customer service and had to wait 45 minutes to speak with an agent. Be very careful at this ATM machine and keep track of your account's activities.

This was a great bank when it was Commerce Bank. However, when the Canadian bank Toronto-Dominion (TD) took it over, thing immediately went down hill. I tried to stay with them for a while but the non-sense they often tried to pull made me leave and take my money with me. Additionally, they refused to close two of my accounts that had large sums of money in them until I filed a complaint.

There was some fraudulent activity on my checking account. TD Bank acted quickly and efficiently to open a new account and to transfer funds. The personnel at the local branch did everything they could to expedite the replacement of checks and ATM cards. My account was credited within a few days with the money fraudulently taken. I could not be more pleased with their efficiency, professionalism and willingness to do everything that they could to put the manner right.

My experience with this bank have always been good. It's a mad house on Friday afternoon and Saturdays. Has a multiple lane drive-thru.

Slow customer service-not at the window or counter-at the desks. You wait forever. Even when you call and ask a question before you get there the answer is different when you arrive. Not a one experience review but years of frustration. They're like Comcast, you don't have a choice.

Advertise's itself as America's most convenient bank but I found that to be a lie. I had a horrible time here. So my wife and I are at home when she begins to go into labor. We quickly load into our smart car and speed our way towards the hospital. I notice that my meter is on E. Now we refused to go to anyone but my wives ex husband's sisters aunts best friend who is an excellent doctor to go to with the birth of our second child. Only problem is that they are 40 miles away from our home. I figured we'd stop at the Gulf and get some gas there, but this is before I realize neither my wife nor I have our wallet or purse on us. I begin to panic, and wonder what to do. No cash, no cards. I figure the most convenient thing to do would be to go to the TD Bank and borrow some dollars. Well this did not go without hassle. My wife and I walk in and beg the tellers to please help. Take our names and addresses, anything. We just needed ten dollars. The gentleman behind the counter refused in anyway to help us. This is when I got a bit aggravated. Things got heated, me yelling, my wife in pain, the teller demanding that we leave before they call the police. I broke and reached across the counter. The teller jerked back and I knew he'd done it. The silent alarm. By then there was nothing I could do, my wife was screaming in pain as I awaited my for sure another difficult time. My last ditch effort was to jump over the counter and try one last grab for some cold hard cash. The wailing of sirens could be heard as I scrabbled behind the counter, dodging tellers to try and make a clean get away with my hard fought earnings. I hear to police now. They're outside. Soon enough they're inside and I'm on the ground with a number of men and women on top of me. Not how I imagined my first orgy would go. The cops soon handcuffed me and I could hear my wife now, screaming equally in pain and horror as she watched me get dragged away by the gestapo in some bracelets. 0/10 would go again. Not at all convenient.
