At Turnersville Enterprise the car was given in a time matter and staff is good however car was real dirty all over plus chairs and with a really bad smell like (marihuana) plus after took the car in forgot my house garage remote and the rental car state they do not know nothing about. They do call but I’m still without remote.

i had to get a rental car because my car was at holman ford getting work done. they were very helpful and got me out of their quickly. they even picked me up from ford to bring me to enterprise. the gentleman that helped me, eli, was very nice and helpful. great customer service skills. i would definitely use them again!

This rental was far below my experiences with Enterprise. I was really disappointed. A few policies changed that that border on invasion of privacy if you don’t use a major credit card. They want a current utility bill AND it must be current! Help me understand how that guarantees I’ll pay my rental bill. Not to mention they hold full rental costs plus $400 before you’re out the door. That policy should be investigated by NJ state and CFPB. On top of that the vehicle reeked with smoke. Cloth seats- the smell was all embedded in the car. Outside was spotty- you know how you rinse a car and then see dried dirt drops! They made an attempt to refresh. Was a waste of time with that! Remember when they would hold your rsvp car for an hour? Well that’s gone too. They have such high demand that if you’re not there-gone is your car! And I’ve been a customer for over 15 years! I returned it a day early!

I had across state trip to go on. Reserved the car online. Was nice because they said they would pick me up. It was a five pm pick up. Although, they said no car was picked on the reservation, this was not so. They came to the house with 2 different vehicles. One cost $10 more, but turned out to be the best option. The vehicle was very clean. Only problem I had was that the oil light kept coming on and the car would drift a little when a certain speed was attained. I would rent from enterprise again.

Enterprise of Turnersville Had thee absolute worst Customer Service possible, they made it a comedy to rent a vehicle from them , Brian and Melanie who both had said they were supervisors. Never experienced such inconsistency and professionalism for a rental vehicle. Good thing my father’s company uses enterprise for his business trips and I highly advise not to go to this joke of enterprise location. Corporate will surely be happy with the way Brian speaks to customers on calls when recorded from my end. Good thing not all your enterprise locations treat their customers as the “Supervisors” at this location does. We were able to have our rental at a much generous and who runs their location as adults and with plenty of customer care and beyond better service in mind. Thanks Brian and Melanie at Turnersville Enterprise you poorly run your location.

The vehicle was a 2020 chrysler, super clean and comfortable. When I arrived to pick it up I was met outside, information was verified, and the vehicle was brought around. I wasn't rushed to do my own inspection, I was given the keys and on my way. Returning it was just as easy. We've done business here previously and I will continue to as long as their service remains stellar.

Very sad because my prior experience with the company was pretty good. Today's experience left a bad taste in my mouth with this location. When speaking on the phone with the female rep, she seemed so helpful and told me we would look through what they had available. I get there, this gentleman comes out and says hi and bye. He didn't even tell me he was going to get the vehicle, what type of vehicle it was, NOTHING. I only left with the car because I have to work this coming weekend. Had I been using this for pleasure, I would have definitely turned this car down and left with nothing. Very sad and disappointed.
