Getting any kind of assistance once I drove off the lot was impossible. Customer Service phone numbers send you in circles and disconnect you. Says they will charge a 5% charge if you want to schedule a new rental with a person instead of online. I received a car with an inspection sticker that was over a year expired. I didn't notice it until I left and have been trying to get in touch with a person by both phone and email for a week with no success.

This Hertz location at the Pep Boys in Turnersville provides you with an awesome experience in car rental. I have rented on numerous occasions for work as well as leisure. The gentleman behind the counter is super informative and friendly. He is there to help you. The vehicles have always been clean and loaded with features. Wonderful experience every time.

I can't thank these guys enough. I was in a jam with my own vehicle. I reserved ahead of time online and when I got there the sedan I reserved wasn't available so they gave me an upgrade for the same price. I did not have to keep the vehicle the full 3 days that I reserved and paid for and they ended up refunding the second two days which was awesome. I have to be honest, I first called Enterprise and their price was much higher and they had much less to offer. I really doubt that they would have done as much for me as the boys at Hertz did. Thank you to the Hertz team! Will be returning whenever there is a need!

I went to Hertz to rent a car. This Hertz was located inside Pep boys on Black horse pike in Turnersville NJ. It's right inside the Pepboys building. The men at Hertz were very kind and did a excellent job at making the reservation and making sure to deliver a very nice clean newer rental car for rent while my car was being repaired. Both men were very kind courteous and nice no matter how many ?s you have. Also their rates per day are so very reasonable I was truly surprised. So if you want a good value for your hard earned money💵💰 head on over to Hertz.🚗🚙🚚 Tell them I sent u please.👩💼

Very Pleased with the service! First I went to enterprise but they wouldnt rent to me due to me being under 25 .. I was sooo happy when I called and you guys said you was only gonna charge me $35 a day and I rented for 4 days & only paid $243 for a 2020 kia sorento suv .. now thats an upgrade .. so satisfied with there service I will be recommending you guys to all my friends & family . Showed up to pick up the car I reserved the day before, and the employees are nowhere to be found. I've been standing around for 20 minutes, along with other customers waiting for anyone to show up to help us. I should have stuck with enterprise.

I was charged a 315 underaged surcharge 45/day however trying to change my reservation from 7 days to 2 days was still somehow no cheaper. I was charged a 200 deposit that was not mentioned anywhere on the website or in any of the emails or texts I got. I even made another mock reservation to make sure I didn’t miss and it clearly says this is the price that will go onto your credit with no deposit price anywhere in sight. I then watched the person after me get charged a $50 deposit, which the person at the counter thought was funny. He claimed if I got my insurance to pay for it I would only have a deposit of $50 too. Then he marked the fuel at the wrong level so I had to call and complain about that too. I would’ve went somewhere else but it was too late and we needed to go. If I see even a $0.01 increase in price after the drop off I’m doing a complete charge back. I will never come here again.

I will never use this location ever again! Made a reservation online on Tues August 13th then when I arrived at 5:00 pm at this location the female clerk with a nasty demeanor said I see your reservation # in the system but we have no cars available! I said how could this be? She said you can call corporate all you want but it’s nothing they will do?!?! Even though she was nasty she was also right they did nothing but say they would reach out to that manager and they never reached out to me ever! Don’t waste your time if you want superior customer service stick with Enterprise. That is who I ended up with and had wonderful results!

Don't use this location if your car is at the adjacent collision center! Jason, the current Hertz manager, is a total BS salesman! He must get paid commission to sell Hertz insurance. First told me I couldn't bill my insurance company directly for the rental - lie; then tied to rent me an SUV for one person - greed; then up-sold me additional insurance telling me my current insurance company did not cover me with full coverage - total lie. I told him I HAD full coverage and wanted to bill through my insurance because i won't have any money after my $500 deductible. But, Jason advised me to buy Hertz insurance because my insurance only covered $11.99 partial. I found days later that to be a lie!!!!!! Thankfully, Rob another employee told me I could cancel. I spoke to Jason and asked why he didn't tell me it was additional or that I could cancel any day? He knew I said I already had full coverage insurance on my 2014 car! Of course he denied, denied; he's one of those guys! Go a mile down the street to Enterprise and save yourself the extra cash and headache. This is not the place to go, especially after you had an accident! All this and the car wasn't even cleaned, smelly, food in console and brakes were shot. I should have paid closer attention to Jason's well-rehearsed fast talk!

On 7/20/17 I went to pick up my rental car that I had reserved a week in advanced and they told me they had run out of cars. Didn't try to accommodate me or try to resolve the issue. I ended up having to drive my own car 10 hours away for my trip because of them. If you don't have enough cars then don't let people reserve them early!!
