Helpful staff and plenty of last minute gift ideas. I didn't do 5 bc they didn't have any prices on alot of the items. It's just annoying to keep asking how much is this? But overall not a bad experience.

Called yesterday to see if they would have Pokémon cards in stock today. I was told they didn't get anything in and wouldn't sell it today. Turns out they had ample stock. If they couldn't disclose what they had, that's one thing, but the misinformation caused me to not show up at opening and miss out

Normally I like to buy from gamestop instead of online but lately inventory has been out of stock everytime I go in by myself or with my kids. Today really got me I go in gamestop in Turnersville with my son to purchase something. I ask one of the two employees working at the front counter to assist me with something in the locked display cases. So she helps get the item and tells me that she will ring it up at the register. So I follow her to the register and instead of ringing me up for my purchase she helps someone else standing at the counter to RETURN 2 games. When she was clearly helping with with my purchase. So as I'm standing there I'm amazed that she would have me wait even though she was helping me out first. Where I'm having a problem is that I am buying something not returning and I was already being waited on. So instead of making a Scene I just left. Really need to train the staff on better customer service and realize how to properly wait on the customer. Any other time the staff is constantly asking if I need help even when I'm just looking. So today they lost a sale and lost money due to a refund. Doesn't make sense. I should have just bought it online and saved the aggravation.

This Game stop was in Glassboro in the plaza with Pep boys and Complete care. They were having a sale the day that I went in here.. There were also sale items on a table inside the store. They were all different kinds of Nintendo and other gaming characters on T-shirts, on a Insulated cup, on a bank, and Figurines.. There were many good buys.
