Very happy. The one employee that was there was very helpful and knowledgeable about games and hing systems. She took the time to explain the prices and features of several different systems I was looking at. No pressure or rudeness when I explained that I was not looking to purchase today. I was looking at a few Mandalorian items and she was nice enough to point out some similar items that were on sale. It was an impulse buy but I ended up buying a nice Mandolarian shirt for about $7 on clearance. The Xbox 360 games I got varies from $5 to $1. Some were way to expensive but most were very cheap. I got 3 games for $9. I would definitely recommend this store. At around 1:00 pm there was never more than 1 other customers in the store. Employee was wearing a mask and seemed to be social distancing but at the same time was very helpful. 5 star experience all the way.

We stopped in after finding out they had PS5 console disk systems on sale! Wow! Fantastic! People were organized who worked there. Folks waiting were so nice we all had a great time sharing stories. Posting on the door window was informative. Said how many were available, what was included, the cost of the bundle, and criteria of a members first for a hour. It's was great! 59 we're on site. And when we left there was still a bunch to be sold. Streamlined entry by #. Fast and very efficient staff. Knowledge was plentiful. No problems with access, plenty of parking. I highly recommend this shop. I also applaud the numbering system! Marvellous!

Brought my son Back for Blood on 12/18 had wife wrap it up. Christmas morning come to find out there was no disc in the box. Of course their closed So here I am Sunday morning talking to the store manager about my frustration and all he said was sorry my man poor customer service at its best

I would not recommend this GameStop because of the employee that works there. I say that as a singular because he’s the only one I’ve ever seen on multiple occasions. He is not nice, if you do something he doesn’t like he will visibly become annoyed and begin slamming stuff around and be short with you. In addition, he has lied not only to my face about certain products, but also in the company of a store-full of customers on separate occasions. Simply will not return to this location/buy anything from this location when he is working. UPDATE: from 1 to 3 stars because I have not seen this employee in a long time and I had incredible service recently at this location. Nov. 2021.

Always love going to the stop and talking to an actual, knowledgeable person and buying a hard copy of the game I want. Sure you can buy a digital copy on your console but I prefer a hard copy, that way I WILL ALWAYS have it! These particular employees were very helpful with my business on my visit this day.

I was shopping for a new game and stopped in. I try avoid shopping malls and other such places, mainly for these types of stores to exist with poor customer service and even low opinions on the customers. As I was looking around, people were coming in asking questions to the guys working there. Normal stuff, until they left. The guys suddenly be insulting and just plain disrespectful. I was getting sick at the prices and ridiculous 'if not preowned, get new' attitude makes me go there even less. I had to hear that they are smarter than everyone. I'm guessing the college crowd likes that, but I rather go other places for my video games.

Tried to order a standard Xbox One controller. Pickup in store was not available for any controller at this location online, I thought that was strange so I called. The phone rang 10 times nobody answered and no voice mail. I thought that was strange too because they are only doing curbside pickup. I was in the area so I called again about an hour later. The store rep asked what I wanted and I told him a standard stock Xbox One Controller. Apparently they dont have any new stock Xbox controllers in stock, only modified and themed controllers and used non stock controllers. On top of that, they do not accept cash or debit cards, only credit cards. How does a GameStop not have any regular new Xbox controllers? Anyway, I prefer to shop places that accept my money and have what I am looking for. I am disappointed I do not have a local GameStop that sells plain stock Xbox controllers in glassboro, and they do not accept regular money.

Racist workers in there, came in there with my son to reward him for being great after a doctor's appointment. When I walked in a gentleman was helping another customer and I can understand that. After the customer was done being served not once did the worker offer assistance when we obviously looked like we were looking for something . As soon as another white customer walked in he gets greeted with a great attitude "hey there buddy what can I get for you?" Took my son and left. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I used T-Mobile and I'm still with it and I reach age 19 years it seems fine but sometimes you get deals better with calling customer service people at the main office because the stores cannot really do that without them being allowed
