We were grateful u's went out of your way to accommodate our need to remove our old washer and dryer, as my husband is permanently disabled, our son works all day and I'm all but 98 pounds. We were told u's don't do that, but were willing to help us due to our circumstances. We DID manage to find someone to take out the old washer and dryer before u's got here; but we were extremely grateful u's had offered to do that and we wish to thank you for offering us that option! The employee was here on time and set up everything for us. Thank you again for your excellent service and keep up the great work!!

Exceptional efforts and service by the team, especially Natash, here at Glassboro's Rent-A-Center. My family purchased a sectional; however, due to the COVID-19 effects on distribution and shipping, we had at least a 2-8 week wait. We contacted this team to book a short-term rental; unfortunately, the item we wanted was brand new and only eligible for rent-to-own. However, Natash walked through the store, took photographs of used sectionals and couch/sofa sets, then enabled me to make the best decision for our family. We booked a month long rental and are very delighted at the experience that Natash and the team provided. Thank you!

Went in there with the intention of furnishing 2 rooms for our teenage daughters. Our youngest is three and she was with us. While we were talking with a saleswoman, our daughter climbed on one of the couches. A younger female came from the back and hollered at her with no warning. The saleswoman that was speaking to us was very apologetic but the damage was done. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and quite honestly I tell every person I can about them.

I have worked woth both Jeff and Andrew. Both have been phenomenal! I got a couch, but after a month or so, decided I wanted something different. I also wanted to get a fireplace/tv stand. I went back and forth, trying to decide between products. Not once did the associates complain, or try and talk me into something that I didn't want. They also hooked me up with specials that I wasn't even aware that they had. I would highly recommend this place if you need anything for your house, but don't have the finances to just go buy it outright. They get an A+ in my book.

The only issue I have with this place is sometimes they forget when your payments are over or they'll say you sign things that you didn't to incur more charges
