I usually do not have issues but I also rarely go into the bank to do transactions. One of the only times I did was when I used their drive through atm, and they charged me a fee for not using a TD bank atm which made no sense at all. I went out of my way to use the TD bank atm. They ended up giving me the charge back but i had to make a whole trip back to the bank and had to wait for probably 25 minutes to sit down with a guy and get the money back.

I opened my credit card account here on Feb 17 with a reward offer letter saying $150 reward for $1000 spent. However, TD credit card specialist at TD call center informed me that the branch mis-entered just 1000 reward points or $100 reward. She asked me to let the branch make the correction ASAP.

Terrible experience, untrustworthy. I have been used TD bank for around five to six years. At the beginning I had no SSN and no any credit history so I got an security credit card with 500 limits, pretty reasonable and I was fine with that, they told me that I can upgrade it once I build up good credit. Since that, I tried to use credit card every month and paid it back on time, after two or three years, I was graduated with enough credit, so I applied for upgrading but they denied it because they said I still didn't have SSN yet. Ok fine, after another few years, I got a job with good pay and now have SSN and even better credit score which helped me applied two more credit cards successfully from other different banks with thousands dollars of limits. I thought yea eventually I can have regular credit card with good limit now, but when I came there today to upgrade the card, they told me the card was already upgraded. I was like, 'ok? Can I upgrade the limit though?' They then told me no it has to stay at 500 because I don't have permanent SSN even I have good credit and many years of good payment history. It's ridiculous, they never kept their promises, I wasted years on TD bank, I would try a different bank if I knew they will do this to me. I'm writing this to remind people who ever wanted to try this bank or already involved to think extra carefully because you don't know what will happen in the future if you ever needed something and they do things like this to you. Employees for customer service seem ok but the ones who work in the back for those security and card management are really terrible, they don't seem to actually think for customers, keep the promises, and be reasonable. If this is just the culture of this bank, I guess TD in general is just not a good choice in my eyes.

My experience with Kevin Jones, branch manager, at TD Bank in Glassboro was exceptional. When I was in need to address both a online banking issue and notary service, he addressed the situations immediately. More importantly, he was a pleasure to talk to you. A down to earth gentleman. If this sounds like a bank that you could use, head on over there.

My card got stuck in the ATM at the drive thru along with the cash withdrawal. I called the branch while in the drive thru for assistance. The man who answered said "I don't know I'm not out there." SERIOUSLY? I went into the branch to be shown ZERO concern about the situation. I asked for the manager (who was on his cell). Once he finished his call he also showed ZERO concern. This Glassboro branch is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever had to deal with. That manager needs serious customer service training. Or a new job.

Do NOT GO HERE ! Today they refused me service because I did not wear a mask not only did they tell me I had to wear one ,2 individual young ladies actual yelled this across the bank at me. When I asked to see a manager I was told there was not one there on the weekend. As I sat to withdrawal my money and close out my accounts I watched a man come into the bank without a mask an get service ! so why was a woman screamed at across the bank lobby to put on a mask yet not a word said to a man ! what a disgrace for a business ! I will never due business with this bank again !

TD Bank is not convenient. They're authorized thieves. Where do they get off stealing $70 from me for an overdraft that clearly didn't happen? Then the rep "explains" the fee by fast talking and completely ignoring the fact that there was A DEPOSIT three days ago with nothing else pending! I only like to leave good reviews but this experience has inspired me to warn whoever may be curious about the quality of this bank...DO NOT. You will legally be robbed.
