I bought a Nintendo switch there for my little girl I didn't know anything about them they sold me one without all the parts. It wouldn't charge and the remotes were so glitchy she could barely play I stopped by one day and ask them see if I can bring it back and get new remote controllers they said they wouldn't be able to do that. And then they told me they weren't doing the warranties anymore that they just sold me. Return the whole switch they told me I could buy another warranty for a year. If you're going to go to GameStop don't go here the waretown store was much better they gave me no problems Tom's River has been great this is the only store that I've had a problem in

Bought a used PS4 there. It's fan blew loud almost as soon as I turned it on. Took it back the following day with no problems at all. The new unit works great. Nice people at the store. Recommended.

Drove from Toms River to Manahawkin at 7pm on a Friday night because they were the only ones with the games I needed, in stock. But, this is the ONE Gamestop that has NEVER disappointed!!! They somehow ALWAYS have what I need and the staff has ALWAYS been personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Thank you for our Ring Fit!!! It's awesome!!! P.s. the buy online, pick up in store went so smoothly and not one issue!

I've been a loyal customer coming to this store for years now. Thank god Tim is a constant. I'm sick of the employees always saying "uhh I don't know how to do that, come back when Tim is here" (without even trying). Now I've wasted my time, gas to get here (2×) and my issue is still not resolved. Gamestop, please train your employees on how to do returns and trades. I've been told at least 3x on seperate occasions to return when Tim is in because they can't do their job if hes not around.

First of all the employees are all incredibly helpful, polite, respectful if you don't need assistance, are incredibly good with young children (I don't have a child over 7 to speak on behalf of children over this age group), and actually seem to truly enjoy being there. The customer service for this location is probably better than most retailers I've ever been to. It's not uncommon for them to go well above and beyond to make sure they can get you what you are looking for and will also offer you suggestions elsewhere things that they don't carry. The building itself is deceptively larger than it appears from the outside, unlike most GameStops I have been to that are smaller than some closets I've been in. They have an awesome selection of consoles, games, and gaming accessories both new and used; toys; and other related novelty items. It's also a really unique experience to share with your child the nostalgia of your own childhood by showing them the origins of their favorite gaming series that were all born during your time. I always end up saying at least once, "this is what it looked like when it first came out when mommy was little and played it ". Honestly, I probably enjoy the experience more than most kids today as I grew up with every console from Intellivision(sp?) and Atari to every console that came along since. A closet gamer before their was such a thing....

It's a Real Shame that I can't rate this Game Stop Location a,Big Fat Zero. I don't often go to Game Stop because of all of the bad things I have heard. To bad that you guys can't close. If you seriously don't want a certain item in your store touch. Then put a sign on it or put it away. Learn how to talk to a child more professional than just standing over them and lecturing them.

Big shout out to Tim! My son wanted to trade in his switch for an Xbox one. He made the process easy and his advice on whether to go new or refurbished very helpful. He even stayed past his shift to ensure all was done correctly. His enthusiasm for his work and his attention to customer service is off the charts. He greets everyone that walks through the doors in away that makes you feel so welcome. Keep up the great work and thanks again for a wonderful shopping experience!!
