The place is modern and beautiful. It is very clean, has hand sanitizer on the counters. Counters. When you walk in the door, you're greeted right away and you have assistance within minutes. The gentleman that helped me this time was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me get everything taken care of and I was on my way within a short time.

Nikki at manahawkin Verizon store was awesome and helped with a serious problem with phone. She was able to retrieve my lost apps and retrieve my very important information in my notes. Not only was she extremely efficient. She was extremely patient with a widow who is not tech savvy and not familiar with procedure with iPhones. I was told what she was able to do could not be done by many people.

Manahawkin Verizon store has the worst representative of the company. A male employee couldn't take the time to assist me, arrogant is not the word , while a female there tried to help but I was not able to provide a Google password, my bad . But the lack of customer service on behalf of this Hughe company was beyond belief. I was totally dismissed by him. I don't ever want to go back to this store. Deciding bid I keep new phone or not. Bad service there

Verizon in general has the worst customer service and providing accurate information when signing up. The repas at ths store were pleasent but gave me wrong information and inaccurate monthly cost i would be charged they do not print you out a breakdown when you sign up. Equiptment It took almost a month to recieve the Aries router that I had to call almost everyday on and get overseas customer support who ssured me the routher was being shipped out. Recieved my bill was completely different from what I was told in store When You try to call you get switched back and forth neer getting the same agent.

I want to give a shout out to the staff at the Verizon Store in Manahawkin. Charles, Kimmy and Bridget were fantastic when we switched our cell phones from T-Mobile back to Verizon. They are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process go smoothly. We made the mistake of moving to T-Mobile, charmed by their special offers. It turned out that their promises were empty and their service not nearly as good as Verizon. Seeing the level of service we received from the staff in the Verizon Store, we now know were are back where we belong. Thank you Charles, Kimmy and Bridget.

Instantly terrible experience, could be bothered to look anything for me. They made me use my phone to look at the app to pick phones they don’t know if they have instock. Went to Best Buy and was given an infinitely better experience and walked away with a new. Just go to Best Buy

Not a single phone in inventory, felt rush out and handed a phone number to call when I started to ask about plan and information on a new phone. Not sure what the point of that location is or what happened to what was good customer service.

If you need to utilize Verizon in person I suggest looking for another store. Went there with my teenage son on a Tuesday at 3:30 pm and it was locked tight as Fort Knox with the lights off. Had a calendar for the month of July with store hours which indicated 10 to 6pm. However this was not the case so I knocked on glass and a gentleman came to door and said they were closed for what I have no clue. Stated it says online they are closed for business today. How inconvenient to customers to be closed on a Tuesday in July when I’m sure people need in person assistance. This really is bad for business and therefore I give this store a 1 star rating which it doesn’t deserve that! Verizon you can do better hire better management for the location… Much appreciated 🤯

After 1-2 weeks of not having the ability to make phone calls or text (if not on WiFi) l brought the phone for a diagnostic at Apple and my radio frequency signal was bad. I ended up at the Verizon store 3 different times in a week 2 out of 3 times Henry waited on me and he was amazing, immediately knew how to handle my problem, got me a warranty replacement phone in 1 day, and my problem was fixed! Can’t thank you enough Henry and I appreciate your patience with me dealing with my frustration. You are the best 🙏🏻😀
