Location was clean and efficient. I checked in inside using the machine and didn't wait long at all to get blood drawn out. I felt like it was easy, fast, and efficient.

I just went to Quest diagnostics in Manahawkin NJ. with my son for a blood test, I checked him in, my appointment was at 7:30am, they kept taking in people who came after me , disregarding the fact that my son was there first and had the appointment at 7:30am. When complained they attendant s didn’t seem to care and just kept calling in people who came after my son. On of the employees there was also sick caught going out her lungs stating she had allergies when it she was clearly sick and getting all the people she cared for sick. I will never go to this quest lab the service is terrible.

Today 11/5/22 walked in at 10:42. Women with navy blue scrub, short, older needs an attitude adjustment. There are plenty of jobs out there - get one. Your in the wrong profession.

I called seven different locations to get a price of my blood work script the majority of them wouldn't give me a price , only one that would only gave me a price for three of the tests out of the 8 they were each more expensive than the entire test at LabCorp the majority of them said that I couldn't get a price unless I made an appointment and showed up very disappointed

This Quest location is far the biggest office I have been to. The chairs in the waiting area a spread out. Upon signing in, I was quickly called. Service was good and will be coming back here.

I always choose Quest especially this lab. They are usually very fast at getting you in and out. Never had a problem with them not being friendly. Love that you don't feel crowded, nice big office. You sign in and they even have a sign telling you how many minutes till you are called!!

I used this specific location for the first time today and it was a great experience. Shania is AMAZING at what she does and was so accommodating. I really appreciated her and her kindness. She is an asset to Quest Diagnostics.

I never, ever write bad reviews but I felt extremely unwelcome in this office. I was directed to a cubicle and I greeted the tech, she completely ignored me and would not even make eye contact. She sat at her computer and just stated “insurance card.” without even looking at me, like a robot. It was a super unfriendly vibe.

They took me back almost immediately. My Phlebotomist was very kind, and she was the best person I ever had to stab me with a needle. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the times they are open to. Their latest appointment is at 2pm on Mondays through Fridays. They are open til 2:30 on those days as well, but I needed an appointment.
