The woman that checked me in was extremely rude, telling me that I had just made it in time as my test required an hour wait and they closed in a little over an hour. I apologized and told her I didn’t know and she replied by saying that it’s not something someone should have told me, “you should have looked at our hours and done your own math.” These were her exact words. I made this appointment on the website and it allowed me to do so for a reason - because the time chosen was an hour prior to closing and allowed for the test. Therefore, in all, her comments were not even necessary. She continued to be nasty during the entire check in process and I will never come to this facility again because of this woman. I felt very belittled and uncomfortable during my hour wait. Additionally, I was put in a waiting room right where I could hear the staff talk about other staff within the facility that they were displeased with as well as some of the patients coming in. This made the wait even more excruciating. The woman that checked me in was a participant in these conversations and it is unfortunate that I was not able to get her name. In contrast, the woman that drew my blood was very pleasant. 5+ stars for her.

Do not go to this location. Save yourself the headache and take the extra 20 minute drive to the Vernon location. I wish LabCorp employees wore name tags so I could go to a manager or owner about the dismal state of this location. The employees are the rudest bunch of incompetent women I've ever met, save for the main woman working the very front counter. The woman that assisted me with my blood work was easily the meanest and most uncaring employee I've ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. All of the women talk negatively about the people they're drawing blood from right out in the open as if this is a high school locker room. I get that LabCorp is the McDonald's of blood work facilities, but it would help if they brought in people who actually cared even 1% for doing their job and making people comfortable.

The man phlebotomist is amazing. I give him five stars. I went to him a few weeks ago but the front desk receptionist that was there today. I begged her to help me. I was in excruciating pain. The doctor's order for blood didn't come through and she told me to take my children. One special needs back to the doctors to find the script. I had a fantastic experience. Aside from how easy it was so schedule the appointment and the front desk friendliness, Basha the tech was fantastic. I have a tendency to faint with these procedures and she was incredibly accommodating and provided lots of comfort.

Nasty staff, especially the woman working at the check-in desk. Can’t find a vein half the time. I was poked 4 times for a simple blood test. Terrible patient care. Never again.

As a pregnant person I need to get a lot of bloodwork done. Every time I am here they are extremely busy but that doesn't mean they are any less diligent with their patient care or perfectly pleasant. Everyone is very polite, kind, and helpful. I need to be laid down because I pass out when blood gets taken and it is never a problem.

I’ve been coming here for years. I had to get bloodwork done once a month for almost a year when I was on a certain medication. When I was pregnant I was also getting bloodwork done very often plus a 1 hour & 3 hour glucose test. I’m sitting here doing my postpartum 2 hour glucose test. They are all so nice here! The woman at the first desk is so sweet. Since I’ve sat here a total of 6 hours, it seems the people that come in are so nasty to the workers here. It’s actually unbelievable the way people think it’s okay to talk to them. I’ve always had a great experience and I’m here often. It’s always best to make an appointment at this location. Sometimes appointments are a few weeks out.

I was nervous to come here because of the reviews but I'm glad I went anyways. I entered as a walk-in and was able to check-in straight into one of the three kiosks. A simple scan of my ID (license) and a few answers I was settled in. I'm not knocking anyone else's experiences and I'm only here to speak my truth. The woman at the check-in was nice, thorough and quick when it came to going through my paperwork and getting me settled in for a glucose test, then bloodwork. I came in at 7:20AM, was called in at 7:26AM and 2 minutes later I was already drinking my glucose beverage. Service was FAST! The other staff talked politely with other clients/patients coming in. They offered water, restrooms and kept the business moving along right away. They also allowed people to sit in the waiting rooms rather than waiting outside.

if you like being talked down to by snotty employees, this is the location for you. I walked in, and one of these cretins threw open the reception window and barked at me, asking if I had an appointment. I replied that I did, and she barked again at me, telling me to check in on the tablet in the corner. I told her politely that I was on my way to do just that when she stopped me. She slammed the window shut. Her miserable angry co-worker was the one who took my blood without so much as a word. I thanked her when she was done, and she just walked out of the room. I guess LabCorp must be desperate as to hire this kind of trash. Save yourself the unpleasant experience and go to the one in Vernon, NJ. That location has very friendly and cheerful staff, and I've always had a great visit there.
