Our son had to get blood work and we were so nervous about it. We had Heather and she was WONDERFUL with him. So was so warm, caring, and friendly and made us feel so much better about it. I don’t know how anyone could find such tiny veins but she did it on the first try and it went so smoothly. The only reason I took a star away was because she was the only person working there. They needed at least 2 people working at a time. It was a longer wait than expected with an appointment. Besides that, I would use them again.

I went for my scheduled appointment but when I was taken in by Shannon it seemed I had left my prescription at home. Shannon went over and above her responsibilities and suggested I call my wife to text me a photo of the prescription. She was able to put the info in the computer which allowed her to complete my appointment and save me from delaying my test. Thanks, very pleased with her service.
