Very thankful to be able to walk into the AT&T store in Manahawkin, where Meaghan was able to help us out in combining a business and a personal account. I attempted this numerous times over the phone which only ended in complete frustration and hanging up. Meaghan was very helpful and straightened it out for us with a smile. Grateful to have them here to help, otherwise I may have switched to a new carrier.

The employees were very nice,knowledgeable and patient when helping me with my account that was listed as a fraud account and getting my account switched over. Still having issues with the customer service dept and fraud turning my phones off every 2 hours and then being put on hold just to get them back on and getting no where with a solution to this problem that was created by the sales rep at the Sam's Club who created the first account! The customer service call center is no help and the fraud dept has been no help!! I keep getting it will taje 24-48 hours to be resolved but this has been going ln since 8/27!!! My husband has lost business because his phone is not working. I have only had service since the 21st and have had nothing but aggravation since then and of now still dont have a solution and 3 of my 4 lines are suspended!!!!!The reps at the Manahawkin store did everything that they could to assist me and were very nice the entire 2 hours it took to fix my account transfer. I will definitely go back there if I need anything else.

Excellent experience here. Traded in my old iPhone as a part of the first net deal. Bob Wilson will extremely helpful. Helped clear my old iPhone and trade it in, showed me how to make my first payment, went over my bill with me, and helped me enroll in auto pay. Everyone here was very pleasant, helpful, and got me out of here quickly.

I recently bought a phone, and opened my own phone line. Everyone on the 4pm shift on Memorial Day Monday was a great help. I think there was 4-5 employees. I am very satisfied with the services they all provided. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal, good feedback, and great customer service!! If I could give more stars I would. Thanks again!! I am enjoying my new phone very much:))

Awful ! That sums it up. I didn’t want to give them any stars but it wouldn’t post if I didn’t. I got two new phones in April without changing plans. Salesperson told my wife and I that the bill would only go up a few dollars. We got the bill last week and it was 125% higher. So I go to the store to talk to the manager. I asked him to explain the difference between my last bill with my old phone and the new bill. He comes out with all these charges that were never explained to us at time of purchase. Activation fees insurance etc etc. when I told him I didn’t want these items he said he could remove some small ones but that’s all he could do. He gave me the number to the loyalty desk for AT&T. I call the number and the person on the other end couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. They told me the manager absolutely could have changed ALL the charges I didn’t want. I found them being deceitful and trying to get every penny they could to make the store look good. Instead of (as the loyalty desk said) being there for the customer. I hope someone contacts me about this issue. I have more to say that doesn’t fit in this post. My advice FIND ANOTHER STORE!!! Added: to the person who responded by saying contact management, it was the manager who was the problem!!!! If someone from corporate would like to contact me, you have my number!
