Very nasty people! They charged me $70 for repairing my lawnmower but did nothing. I took the lawnmower home and found that it still not working. When I returned to the shop and showed the owner that the lawnmower was not fixed he faked to be hard of hearing; I wrote down my issue and he refused to do the work or refund the money.

I was visiting my 85-year-old aunt in Baltimore who insists on cutting her own grass. She was having problems with her lawnmower and I discovered that the blade was dull. So I decided to find a place that would sharpen it during the day I was visiting. I called this shop up and it was an older gentleman that answered the phone and I asked if he could do it right away. He said please bring it down. He proceeded to sharpen the blade and within five minutes I was out of his shop. It’s a disappointing reading these other reviews. I can see how people can get frustrated doing business in this old shop. They may not be the most organized shop with computerized ticket tracking But they have a heart of gold. Be patient with this guy and give them the business because they could use it. Remember a fact of life YOU TOO will get old some day. Respect your elders and teach your children by example to do the same. What goes around comes around.

They couldn't fix my weed wacker but wanted to charge me just to look at it and tell me they can send to to somebody else to look at it and charge me again. They both need to retire and stop stealing from customers and themselves. No wonder their shop was full of broken stuff , they don't know how to fix anything. I bet the person that did know how quit back in the early 80's.

Best lawn mower repair show anywhere! Many complain about many things but I had taken my lawnmowers and chainsaws and riding mowers to them for years and always got it done well and was very happy, Richard Riha is a good man.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE AT GETTING RIPPED OFF! My husband paid $115 for repairs and picked up the mower approximately 2 weeks later. He cut half the grass in our front lawn then mower cut off . At that point, he discovered the gas tank was leaking. He returned the mower to the shop requesting a refund. The shop owner said he'd returned a small portion of the money. My husband felt it wasn't enough money so he agreed to let the owner try and repair it a second time. Today, after another 2 weeks of waiting, my husband went to pick up the mower, it wasn't repaired. My husband requested a refund again and was told he'd only receive $15 dollars back "because time was spent on repairs" even though the problems were not resolved!!! Needless to say, we're pissed about this situation! And a THIRD time, this man has promised to repair the mower TODAY. I guess we'll see how that goes! AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE AT GETTING RIPPED OFF!

One of the most UNRELIABLE places to take a mower or yard equipment. 2 years ago my lawn mower was there 3 months. I stopped by every 2 weeks and kept getting the same bullshit answer "I'll start on it next week". Finally got it after waiting another 3 weeks. At least it runs good. Well, the dumb ass that I can be, took my tiller to get it fixed - same engine as my mower. Been there 7 weeks, not even touched. Today, I let loose with all my pent up Marine anger and ripped his ass in front of some customers dropping off their mowers. Seeing how he had no answer why it has just been sitting, the people left with their mowers to find another place. He had the balls to admit he has too much work but still takes in more work. Richard Riha is also a realtor. Don't trust him with anything.

Zero stars would not let me post. Do not go here!!! The owner and his partner should retire. They are over 70 and can not properly run a business. They are disorganized and can not hear well. They have had my lawnmower for over 2 weeks. They promise to call but don't. The owner can not find my lawnmower but he knows he hasn't worked on it yet because of the rain. I think a tarp would easily fix the problem of working outdoors. But I am too disgusted with them to make a suggestion. I told them I am coming to pick up my lawnmower, but they can't find it! TERRIBLE.

This place is awful!!!! I took my 1 year old Honda lawn mower there and they stated they would call me in a couple of days with an estimate. No call for days, weeks. Then I called and they just keep asking for my ticket #, which I don't have anymore (it's been 2 months now) and I keep telling them that they took my name and information and they should have record of it. Nothing. No call back and I've been calling everyday! Not sure what to do now. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

They are completely unorganized and will refuse to give parts back unless you produce a ticket. I just got finished dealing with them and their disorganized ticket system. I would not recommend them to anyone. The two men who run the business are old (although age should not matter) and confused! Good luck getting anything repaired here!
