Would give 5 stars if they answered the phone after an order was made. When I arrived was seemless. They got the refrigerator and loaded it into my truck. No issues and on my way.

Our purchasing experience was nice, but I will never purchase installation from best buy again. The installers that came out were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn't think our appliance would fit where we needed them to go. My husband and I measured and remeasured, to try and show them the appliances would fit. The installers refused to do their job and left. We ended up just installing the appliances ourselves and they fit into the space just perfect!!!

They really only carry appliances like refrigerators washer and dryers, most of which are returned items that are slightly damaged but unfortunately the discount is not very much and not really worth it.

So a Best buy outlet thinking they would have a bunch of electronics but all they really had was refrigerators and stoves. Very little on the dishwashers and hardly no electronics. I was a little upset but what do you expect from an outlet?

Samuel is the person you need to talk to if you need appliances. Overall I am very satisfied with him and equipment. Recently tried to purchase more appliances, talked to Sam but he failed to contact me back. Tired multiple ways. Made my purchased some place else.

We bought a Samsung washing machine with a scratch on the side. We inspected the entire unit while in the store. It was brand new. There were other units there with water and detergent in them. When the unit was delivered it was wrapped in plastic and I did not notice if the scratch was still there. When we unwrapped it - no scratch. BAIT and SWITCH. The washer was USED! The stainless washer tub had dried detergent and a dark amber grease all over. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I called the main store in Cherry Hill and they gave me the same number. I went back to the store explained.They did give me a full credit, but no apology, and didn't ask if I wanted to look for a new unit. Just goodbye!

Found this place just by driving by, it doesn't come up in searches for Best Buys. We found lots of great options for our appliance needs, which they have copious amounts of. Everything else you would find at a Best Buy, like computers and devices are scarce. Definitely come here for appliances, because you won't find much else. For example, there was one speaker system, a microwave, and some random electronics that aren't necessities. A nice person who works there named Josh helped me pick over washer/dryer pairs and he was super helpful in finding differences between what would look alike to the inexperienced shopper. We did have an issue with the original washer we bought but they resolved the issue quickly and without issue. We are happy customers! Downside 1: You have to pay for third-party delivery of large appliances (unlike regular Best Buy who provide free delivery if you buy something over a certain $ amount) or pick it up yourself. So, it may be more cost-efficient for you to buy from a regular Best Buy if the discount at the outlet isn't less than the cost of the item + delivery. Downside 2: The location doesn't pick up the phone and Best Buy customer service are not helpful. So, we had to drive there to speak to them about issues with our order. Pro tip: You can list this place as a pick-up location from normal best buy items.

Worst experience I've ever had from the beginning. It took at least a half an hour for a sales associate to help me. After choosing the appliance, the sales associate forgot to schedule a haul away which we didn't discover until delivery. They subcontract to a delivery service so if your appliance needs to have the handles removed so the appliance can fit through your doors, or the water line installed, they are not permitted to do it. This was never explained at the time of sale and the delivery charge was $100. They basically bring in the appliance and set it down. The appliance ended up being defective. After several phone calls to Best Buy and LG, I ended up going back to the store to pick out another refrigerator. At that time I had to buy a water line kit. When I got home, I noticed it was missing pieces. I called the store and was assured a new kit would be placed inside the new refrigerator so I would have it upon delivery. It wasn't there. I called the store at least 10 times and no one ever answered. I ended up driving back over to the store. There were maybe two customers and sales associates were standing around at desk right next to the phone. When I explained about the water line, I was handed another one without any apology. Since the refrigerator won't fit through my kitchen door, I have to wait a couple of days for an installer to come and take off the doors. Needless to say, I am holding my breath that all will go well. The whole experience has been ridiculous. Never again.
