For anyone who complain's about Charlie, they need to get their head examined. Charlie is an awesome guy. The guy who posted above should relax a little, and take a chill pill. There is 2 sides to every story and I have to say, I would believe Charlie's side then this clowns.

I frequent this store and today though others may have good things to say I have nothing good to say about Charlie! He stood in front of the coffee machine talking while I waited to get coffee, no problem I waited. When I poured my coffee I went to get the French vanilla creamer and I noticed it was the 7-11 brand. I only come to 7-11 for the coffee and the International Delight creamer. I mentioned this to Charlie as to where is that creamer and he said they have their own creamer now which I poured it's literally like water. I said, "Man this is the only reason I come." Charlie said, "Then don't come back." I then went to see if they had International creamer in the frig so I could buy some. I leave my keys and Charlie starts shouting, "You left your keys." I said, "I'm coming back." I come back with the creamer and he shouts at me, "You have to pay for that," which I planned on doing I can afford what I want. He then goes into a tirade like I see on tv daily. I'm not quite sure if he had a problem with me and how I showed up or a bad day. I talked to the manager a waste of words. I have found that employees do what they know management allows them to do. You are free to patronize any establishment you want, but I'm done with this 7-11 point blank!

All about Charlie! Great place to go get your daily conveniences. Charlie will chat it up with you, and after time, will remember you and your favorites. Charlie is the man!
