Ali M. was a dream to work with! That man has the patience of a saint. He was friendly and helpful as I tried on different bracelets in various sizes. The time passed quickly and it was enjoyable. Ask for Ali and you will not be disappointed in your experience at this Tiffany's in Portland.

Be careful with Sales Associates. Purchased engagement ring in 2004 from Tiffany's in Palo Alto CA. My decision to purchase was between Tiffany's and The Shane Company. I was told by Sales associate at Tiffany's store that all repairs are covered just like Shane Co. Tiffany's even repaired ring in 2007 for free. We submitted rings again for repair in July of 2022. You must know that Tiffany's only does repairs now in New York, my wife was without her rings until September 4th 2022. Received bill for $625 to do repairs. Repairs were great. Was informed that Tiffany's only has a 1 year warranty on their workmanship. I will not be recommending Tiffany's to friends or family anymore. Tiffany's is just not worth it go with Shane Company they have a free lifetime warranty, they back their product, unlike Tiffany's.

She managed to communicate to me via WhatsApp which made things really easy and was kind enough to work around times that suited me given the large time difference. Stephanie was incredibly professional, responsive and above all really kind. She is a true ambassador of the brand. Not happy with them at all. I wish I could put into words what happened but it’s way way way to long. Just know they will tell you anything to get you to purchase thing. Then when you go back to take care of the promises they agreed to they go back on what they say. I am a HUGE Tiffany fan and have a great collection but i know I won’t ever go back to that store again to purchase my things. I’ll buy online or go to more trustworthy store.

Ashley A., sales consultant, was extremely helpful and made the ring shopping and buying experience what you would expect from the "Tiffany's experience". A year and a half ago I tried to purchase a ring over the phone (after seeing it once in-person in Seattle), but was never sent the paperwork and was deterred from the experience of shopping with Tiffany's. However, my partner was sold on the ring and I needed to make it happen. When we went in-person to the Portland store the ring no longer existed. However, Ashley (from Portland) made it happen. We sourced the yellow diamond from a necklace and had the Tiffany True band designed to fit the gem. I cannot wait to surprise my partner with her ring. Thank you Ashley for making the dream ring come true!
