Today is jan 19 2022 6pm i bought working shoes for husband has worn them no more then 7 times cost me over $70 dlls the guy that is by the door treated us with no respect i ask for his name since he has no name tag i insisted on his name he said it was none of our buissness ..i said i needed to call corporate and make a report .talk to nieves .(supposedly) she said she is manager and also treated us bad just because we wanted to see what i can do about the shoes.bottom sole are hanging from sides..so i ask nieves to provide me with the guys name she said I can't and do no insist cause i would not give it to you... He is only our secury and he doesn't work for us..when we left the store the guy went over to the counter and started laughing ..that is how customers get treated at wss in coachella

WSS you have lost a Customer. I am not happy with your return policy, it feels like if it’s not one thing with you it’s another. I paid over $60 for a pair of kids shoes that were defective and you would not exchange them! All I wanted was a good pair of shoes for my child! I am not happy with your service.

Had a good variety of shoes. But the customer service has some room for improvement. One of the clerk's had a bit of a cruddy attitude. ("Its your job just do it right"). Sheesh.

So I usually really love this place however last time I went was for an exchange of a shirt that I purchased for my son and it was too big but when I walked in the doors the security guard immediately rushed over to me as if I had did something wrong then took my bag kind of mumbled something he wasn't rude it was just the whole procedure threw me off he took my receipt and the product and then said it would be at the desk when I was ready to exchange but I was ready at that moment and then the cashier that was working at the time came over to help me but never said hi never smiled was kind of rude to me and my son and I didn't understand why I'll shop there again I just was thrown off by this experience I think it's illegal to do what the security guard did to me maybe WSS should be made aware of this

This store is a violation of the constitution there is no mask mandates and we’re Vaccinated and we were told by neves the store clerk we had to leave only store in Coachella demanding masks

My dad needed shoes since the sole detached after a 3 mile hike. I got him trail shoes instead of cheap shoes he had. The store was very clean and very attentive associates. Not my typical shoe store but some catch my eye

Everyone is super helpful , they have great price range and really cool styles . They have a couple options to choose from and have a clearance section where shoes are well priced . Clothing can be pricey but then again that's all name brand . You honestly get what you pay for! Glad they built it

Will never go to this store again. They allow people to hang in their store, act as security. My brother and I was racially profiled by someone who didn't work there. This guy assumed we was going to do a snatched and grab, because we was the only black in the store. They allowed him to harass us to the point, we refuse to spend our money in that establishment. We ask for a Manager, no monster on duty. We ask for his card with his name and number, she gives me a card with that store number, but no name. Not until I said I was calling corporate, she offers to put this man out the store, and then offer a discount. I will be calling back today.

Horrible experience with this store. I totally understand shoes need to be new and unused for a return. I only wore these shoes twice. Barely even any use. I got my results from my dr saying I couldn’t wear these types of shoes. I wanted just a simple exchange or even a gift card so I could come back and get the proper pair. The manager on duty didn’t even want to do that for me. She seemed to have no compassion at all that I had a medical condition and just wanted a simple gift card. I will no longer be shopping with The WSS company, it’s not very consumer friendly. Will never shop there again. Will let my family and friends know as well.
