I just wanted to say the people at Fred Meyer jewelers are fantastic. I took in a necklace that I thought was a total loss. It was a Tiffany chain, very thin and tangled. The kind woman at the counter, was able in about 15 minutes to untangle it like new. When I asked how much it was, she said nothing. This made my day. It's a sentimental item and the customer service at the store was fantastic.

My wedding ring morganite stone fell out and they replaced it with another perfect morganite stone. My ring looks awesome. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Went in this morning to purchase myself a pair of hoop earrings. Limited selection (mostly texturized designed) and asked to see two different pairs of earrings. Was told she would only bring one pair out at a time for me, wasn't the most friendly sales associate (seemed to just want me to get something and go). Would have purchased both pairs, however, with the lack of friendly behavior I got what I was looking for and left. Asked not to get a bag and got push back on that from the sales associate who also added the protection plan before I asked her to remove. She gave me the total with protection plan as if I was just supposed to go with it. Will be going to LaRogs instead for the second pair of earring where they are friendly and will actually show the jewelry to you. Also, walked in on the employees gossiping as if I had rudely interrupted them instead of a customer being in their place of business who is ready and willing to spend money.

I went to this location in the Clackamas Town Center after two nightmare visits at the store on 102nd. Yvonne and her staff were fantastic. After being told I couldn't return an online order in-store to the 102nd location, Yvonne said I could. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I'll definitely do my business at this location in the future. They were extremely helpful, cheerful, and courteous. I'm very appreciative of them!

He went to Jared's...oh wait I mean his way better brother Fred's! Amazing experience! Ivonne gave us the royal treatment even though we were on a budget. Conflict free diamonds for Christmas with a respectful discount? Yes please! Will be back in the future and will now consider shopping at Fred Meyer for all things if the quality is this good. I had it resized and it was ready for pick up in 2 days. We also got to donate a stuffed animal to kids at the hospital through a drive Ivonne and the people there just decided to do on their own! Great folks, and we went to every other jeweler in the mall on this day. No one was as knowledgeable or charismatic as Ivonne and the nice blonde girl working Sunday 12/15

I’m ashamed I should even have to write a review... after three months of employment, there’s so much I want to say but shouldn’t. So many positive times yet many negative that over weigh and topple the positive. Let’s start with the company values... how I love them the company isn’t the problem it’s some of the people working for the company that are. Let’s start with the store manager, I admit I was hired into a jewelry store with no experience in jewelry what so ever but she “saw something” in me. But from the time I asked if they were hiring to the time I was let go, I’ve held onto this the whole time. When I asked if they were hiring I was wearing athletic clothing and the manager in a very snarky tone said “We’re hiring but your gonna need to dress up for the interview” I said no problem I like getting formal! I got the job and started on August 12th of 2020. Come to find out the manager who hired was being transferred to another store, for About two months.. so I was then transferred to another store to be trained by another manager. He who hold the spot in my heart as one of the best managers I’ve ever had. That’s besides the point I was there for about a month before I returned to my store and that’s when stuff went down hill there was an associate who was twice my age but acting as if they were my age. She seemed to want to get very close to me and at some points be physical. So I reported it.. nothing was done. Finally I was told to make note when stuff happened keep in mind I’m not the only one noticing this happen to me... I went the the district manager with my notes and what was done you might ask? Nothing.. so I kept reporting and reporting until finally the manager came back hoping to finally get a resolution but again nothing so I gave up but it seems like I’m the issue I caused her to want to do it all by being young. In my opinion the manager is two faced one minute she’s the nicest person and the next she’s yelling at me for trying to defend my professionalism. Long story short don’t work here. From what I’ve witnessed and heard another associate is ban from the auntie Ann’s pretzels for trying flirt with minors. But rumors are rumors. I know this is probably the most unprofessional thing I could possibly do but I want people to know what they’re getting into before they work there. Back to the “cougar” we’d been there about the same amount of time she ended up getting a key and keep the job. Do your homework people!!

First of all, I’ve gotta say I currently work and have worked in retail LONG enough to know how to approach and greet customers and BASIC customer service skills. I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed AT ALL. Ide rate the elder gentleman and woman with glasses pretty bad. I was literally standing there waiting for them and the guy literally just looked at us with nothing to say. After staring for an awkward long enough time, asked for assistance and just had an overall bad vibe. Felt like they didn’t care to ask if we needed any help, and plain dull. Nothing bad about the jewelry they provide, up the customer service skills waaaaaaay up a notch 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

So unhappy with my experience here. My husband and I went in February 28th to get our rings. We told the gentleman we only had 3 weeks to get our rings. He said mine would be back within a few days since it needed to be resized. He said my husband's ring would take some extra time, maybe even 2 weeks. No problem, well then I get the run around, and then someone tells me it could be 3 to 8 weeks for a special order. Well guess what? If I had been told that, I would have gone elsewhere. I really wish I would have looked at reviews before hand, I guess I assumed with a name like FRED MEYER JEWELER I expected better service. I take responsibility for trying to get our rings last minute, but I should have been informed. Now we have to use a temporary ring for our ceremony. Do not go here, they do not take responsibility for themselves or coworkers.

I had very unpleasant experience with Terry, who's one of the sales at Clarkamas Town center. My ring had obvious problem but he kept saying it's fine and wanted me to leave. After my husband said something on the phone he made a quote and jewelry specialist could check. You know what my one of diamonds had problem so they had to replace it. Terry made me very unpleasant customers. I don't want to come that store again and I will absolutely make official complaint!
