We come here very often for coffee or tea and to study. The staff is high energy and happy to help but the cafe is always dirty. Either the table or the pickup area is always dirty. We often have to wipe down our own area before we sit. However, the big tables make it great for studying with multiple people and if you are wanting to spread out.

After waiting 20 minutes for my order to be prepared, my name is called by the male employee with dreads and I am told that they did not make cold brew today, makes no sense as to how they even allowed for the order to be processed when they knew they were out of it, and why it took 20 minutes for a freaking employee to notice and say something, after wasting all of that time I’m rewarded with a refund that doesn’t even process to your debit card. It gives you stars inside of a app. I don’t want to buy your coffee if your service will continually decline, ever since you combined the two stores, and made the one inside of the shopping center with Best Buy, the service has gone down drastically. The absolute worst place ever.

This will be my last time coming here. The wait is too long every time I come here in the last 3 months. I used to come here for years. Although I make the mobile order 30 mins in advance, I still have to wait 15 mins more and still not get the drink. When I asked them, they just asked what’s the name and not sure where is my drink. They don’t even say sorry or anything. I ended leaving without my drink since I’m late for my appointment . Terrible services. The people who ordered through drive-thru and at-the-counter even get their drink before me while I am already in the shop and waiting for my mobile order which was made 30 mins ago. It seems like they try to make the orders which take short time to do first after drive thru in stead of at the time of order. Not only me but also my friends living nearby and used to come there get the same horrible experience.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER AHEAD FOR IN STORE PICK UP. I’ve had 2 instances this week along where I placed orders between 9am and 9:05am and did not get them until after 9:30am. If you are in a time crunch, you have better chances getting your drink quickly in the drive thru. I will only be doing drive thru orders from here on out.

I do not typically leave reviews. I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks for what it's worth. The team is consistently fast and courteous at the drive-thru. However that isn't the point of this review. I want to take a minute to share that every time I pull up to any drive-thru, whether it be Starbucks or whatever, I want to see Walter standing there. Actually, anytime I am buying anything, I wish I was dealing with Walter. Sure Walter has great customer service skills, but he also has an incredible energy. I know Walter and I have only exchanged a few words, such as "do you want a straw," but he shares a presence or an energy--something intangible. I think I am more energized by Walter than by drinking the coffee. I don't get Starbucks everyday, when I do I usually remember Walter may be at this drive-thru. It just makes my day better. The reader of this review may find it a bit strange. I get it. You have to experience Walter for yourself to understand. I'm sure others out there have had the Walter experience and could share too. Hopefully this review leads to only positivity for Walter and the rest of the hardworking team at the Starbucks. Though it is unclear to me how that may manifest, that is my intention in writing this review.

The staff today was amazing and greeted me with a warm welcome and coworkers are working together with no drama the atmosphere is awesome and the people who are socializing and meeting up at this STARBUCKS are enjoying themselves also very clean in here etc.

I've edited my review of this place, because each time I have been here the drinks have been a hit or miss... I've been here constantly and occasionally the drinks tasted watered down which is why I had stopped coming here until today. The store further down on route 1 towards collage park was closed down so I wanted to give this place another chance. I didn't mind the fact that they were all out of the pumpkin drinks and decided to get my usual a Caramel Macchiato, but I guess due to the shortage of supply they are skimming on customers by watering down their drinks. I won't be coming back to this store.

Very fast, friendly, and helpful Starbucks with drive through . Clean cafe and bathrooms. Well stocked retail and food display. Plenty of parking by dollar tree, though entrance is on other side of store.

The drive-thru lady, ( Chrystal ) always has a bad attitude & is soooo difficult to deal with!! I honestly believe she thinks that she owns the place. 🤦🏻♀️ Her Attitude SUCKS, BAD!!! Management isn’t really that much better, but CHRYSTAL should most definitely NOT be a barista, let alone be in customer service!!!! Find the next local Starbucks to visit. I promise you’ll thank me later! Don’t do it to yourself. You will be lucky if you even get the correct coffee here. ☕️

This is probably the worst Starbucks in the area, if I can be honest. They’re ALWAYS sold out of items. At the moment, you can’t get ANY frapps at this location. I don’t understand how it’s neighboring store in the Corridor is always fully stocked, but they never are? Just close it down smh
