This is a nicely located Dunkin, but I have been there more than once now and there has always been an issue with my order (especially when ordering through the app). Either they don't have the item (common items, not anything special) or they completely mess up the order/disregard the order instructions. Like others mentioned, the drive thru is a bit slow and the workers are not moving with a sense of urgency for what is supposedly deemed fast food.

If I could Rate it 0 stars I would! Worst customer service ever! The tall girl with colorful braids who prepares the drinks has terrible attitude. So rude for no reason. Smh she needs to find a different job that doesn’t require customer service. You guys need to train your employees. She doesn’t even know how to make basic drinks they’re all watered down smh!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. This Dunkin has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I did not even want the food after speaking to the young ladys in the drive thru. I parked my car to go inside to speak to the manager and the young lady whom said she was the manager was worst then the young lady in the drive thru. I left and drove 3 mile up to the next Dunkin donuts... NEVER AGAIN...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The fat lady at the window didn't make my drink good. We just asked for extra cream then she started shouting at my sister and slammed the window on her. I would call corporate but don't want to waste my time on these low lives, I suggest not to go there

I’ve been coming to this location since months haven’t had any issues today was different came in ordered my usual drink order there was someone new working she didn’t get my order right I tried correcting her she came back and tried to correct me never remade the drink walked out feeling like I’m never coming back here again this location has lost me and many others to come for hiring people like this.

Update: The service is getting faster. The staff has never been rude however, when you come to this Dunkin you have to pack your patience it is the slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited especially the drive through. You will be in the drive through at least 15 mins before you get your food/drink and that’s on a good day.

Tbh some of these girls working there are not trained to be in customer service. Sometimes they are the first people you see in the morning. No good morning. No how you doing. No have a nice day? Or even take care when they hand you your things. But my biggest issue with dunkin right now is their lids. They don't fit the cups properly. So you try to drink your coffee and it ends up all over your shirt. God forbid you wear white that day.

Love everything about it .. The young Asian girl at the window is the sweetest , their store is also very clean and only takes them less than 5 mnts to get my order ready . I visit this place 3 times a week literally and they always have fresh donuts , muffins unlike the other DDs in the area . This location is the best 💯 !

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts #309 to shop at. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, they never have any donuts and their response is all you see is what we have. Today I stopped around 3pm, employee said they don’t make donuts in store, their donuts get delivered from supplier and only for large pre-orders. No manager found in store today neither. No wonder store doesn’t have anything or all three times we have come to here to get some donuts.

Had a quick stop here for breakfast and it was good . Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service was quick . And very helpful employees. Parking was tight . Not much of space outside . Loved the tomato pesto sandwich . It was really crispy and amazing flavor . Hash browns were ok . Coffee was good. Overall a good experience..
