Worst experience of my life, I returned a packaged that was delivered to the wrong address and they tried charging me a 6$ convenience fee over their mistake. This place is laughable and embarrassing and I will never come here again…

Very prompt and courteous service! The manager, Krystal, notarized documents for us. She even courteously asked the FedEx courier to pause for us so that the documents would go out on time. I asked her why all the bad reviews on Google. She said that many are from a disgruntled former employee. Other bad reviews are from customers mistakenly leaving reviews for other PostalAnnex franchises. This business attempted to use camera footage proof to convince Google to remove mistaken reviews, but this was not permitted. Pity that Google shows bad reviews for this business, because they seem great. At least for a notary and shipping services.

We had passport photos taken, and they were printed on a little old home use printer, which is fine, but they were rejected by the passport authorities for low contrast. We had to have others taken at CVS and it was obvious that the quality was the problem. They were very helpful and friendly at PostalAnnex, but we're out $36 for passport photos that had to be thrown out. Good customer service before, after is quite lacking.

So this is hard for me to write. I really loved this place until my experience today.. which makes me never want to come back. The saddest part about it, is she was the MANAGER! I came in today to give them my business, as per every week, but to my surprise someone else was working. She told me she wouldn’t put one piece of tape on my box unless I paid her $2, or bought my own tape. Can you believe that? And then, she said she had to charge me $2 since my box was 1.01 lbs with a pre paid packing label!! Nobody that’s worked there BUT THIS RUDE manager woman has EVER told me I had to pay for a small piece of tape for a box I’m choosing to ship thru this business to provide them with my business. What a shame. Seriously. I loved it here until I had to take my boxes and walk out. This would be 5 stars, but now I’m afraid I won’t be returning. And a side note, when I walked in, she was sitting on the floor on her phone. Plan on contacting the owner or this business to say my words.

So I read the reviews thinking... How bad can it be! Oh wow this place takes the cake for worst business ever! Their customer service is deplorable! I wanted to send some professional cards and the woman told me that they can't break a new roll and that I'll have the use the ones already open. I go to look and it's the mother Mary and baby Jesus with the words Christmas above it! IT IS JANUARY! I cannot use those stamps nor would it be professional! When I asked why, the lady behind the desk was SO rude, and told me that I can either buy a role or take what's offered... I sat there and thought about it and just said no thank you! I did not want to give them my business. Do yourself a huge favor, save the frustration and go across the street to the UPS store next to the California bank!

The customer service was very bad and may I say racist as well! I asked to get my notary signed and the lady completely rejected my request and said " we can't sign this because we need someone who can speak Spanish so you understand better" so I honestly was very offended because because she looked at me very rudely since I was asking questions and for her to say was just rude. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I SUGGEST YOU GO TO A UPS STORE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to get information and as soon as I walked in, I was uncomfortable. The girls did not greet me and the manager was the rudest one. Well, I let that go and opened a mailing address because i needed that location. A couple days later I went to ask a questions. Manager interrupted me before I could finish and said...."read your contract" and was rude and started to walk away. I paid in full for a year and I can't believe the customer service. The worst I have ever experienced. My Fiance went there to sign paper work and said some man came in and closed it. (Needless to say, there is only 2 people authorized on my box). My Fiance argued with her and said we don't have one and changed her story to I cancelled. Anyway, long story short, she let someone else cancel it and insisted on we had a different number. If I didn't need this particular location, I would have taken a loss and take my business elsewhere. THE RUDEST AND MOST UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here (did not think I had to for a Postal Annex). 1) Had to pay $2 for a drop-off (never had to do this at any other postal annex. It is literally a drop-off. 2) Purchased 20 stamps, realizing it probably was just a little bit more expensive - saw later I paid about $5 more 3) Purchased two small items, one which I had to return 20 minutes later after realizing I had a duplicate. No returns allowed, only store credit. While I have understanding for small business owners, I am not impressed by the rules, fees or service at this place. Last time using their services ever.
