This place is great. You can access your mail after hours,and order things via mail that normally are not available to p.o. box addresses. Staff is nice,helpful.

it was great service before. but I went today, a white women was sooo rude to me. she didn't weighted my packages so I asked her to do it, she sighed like she doesn't want to do her job. it happened to me twice with this women. Any other employee or owner are so polite and nice. so I was so disappointed with her service. I wish she quite working this place. I only want to go when she is NOT working.

I can't believe it took me so many years to find this place. I love it and always go there now for any and all my postal needs including greeting cards-great selection. The owners/staff are so nice -great service and follow up. If you are looking for an alternative to the main POs, do yourself a favor and check out Postal Annex inside Von's in Torrance Crossroads Shopping Center -Crenshaw!

This place was awesome. Great customer service. I went to get a travel consent form and it was quick and easy. I will continue doing business with them. Friendly, they have multiple uses, they do international shipping, key 🔑 copies. Awesome 😎 I checked out another spot and they wanted to charge me $50, trying to scam me. 😡 I only payed $15 for the document witch is the fair price. Love it.

I love this place. They always remember my name when I go in and go out of their way to "bend" some rules. If my mail goes over my box amount, they'll hold it for me and once in a while my brother gets mail here and they dont complain. Good place!
