Worst experience in this store. Old lady with glasses was extremely rude. She started screaming at me just because I went to go ask for a copy of my receipt that I had lost and started screaming at me in front of my children and making me look like I didn't have the right as a customer to ask for my receipt for the purchase I had made. What a horrible experience ever. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Waiting in a very long line where no one was distancing to find out that they in fact do not pack and ship items for fedex like it says online or even on the window on their store. Not at all a pack and ship more like a money orders and po box store. Won't be going back.

DO NOT SHIPP HERE!!!!🛑🛑 They stole an iPhone 11 pro max the guy that help my wife is supposedly the owner’s grandson and he wouldn’t do anything like that according to this lady that works here Now we’re stock with a 600 dollar bill and that label that they gave use is erroneous we had ship things before here that’s why we never check the label at that time but the phone never made it out of the store

I don't recommend this place. Awful customer service. A lady with glasses screaming at a customer. They made a mistake and were not cooperating to fix it. While waiting they made another mistake with another customer. Spent more than 30 min to get this fixed.

I been sending money and packages to Mexico for years and customer service is great a guy and a young lady always friendly, but today I went there and a Old lady is awful she yields to a customer just because she wants a refund and yields as well to her employe That old B...... Is so neurotic, she said she is the owner and she can do refunds. I can take my business anywhere, ant to anyone whom respects customer and employees. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING HER RICH, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Does not fulfill services, bad customer service and manager/owner does not take accountability for it's own business or it's employees. Don't go here. Did you think yours was a special package? - Pack -N-Ship Owner. Do not take your packages here. Owner is rude and unprofessional. We wanted a FedEx delivery for next day and paid for Next day delivery. We asked several times to confirm the day of the delivery and each time we were told the package would be delivered on 7/23/2013 by 3:00PM, not only did we receive verbal confirmation we were also given a receipt with the delivery date stamped on it. Surprise, surprise at 7:00pm on 7/23/2013 the package had not been received. After tracking the package on the FedEx page, we found out that our package was not delivered to FedEx until 7/23/2013 @ 4:57pm. When we called the place and asked to speak to the manager we got the owner but she refused to give her name. She told us that on her window she had a sign that stated FedEx deliveries were done at 4:00pm every day and that anything entered after 4 would not be sent to FedEx until the next day. We never saw the sign. However we were never advised of this rule, and we were assured and reassured the package would be delivered by 3:00pm the next day. The owner said she did not deal with us the night before and that therefore she could not help us. She also said and I quote "Que piensa que su paquete es especial?" Which translates to "What? Did you think yours was a special package?" Yeah she spoke Spanish, which is such a shame to the rest of us Hispanics, it is people like her that give the rest of us a bad reputation. When I tried to reason with her she got even more defensive, called me a smartA$$ and pretty much said I was stupid for thinking I was entitled to a refund. I mentioned that if I were to go to court the simple fact that my receipt said delivery was due today by 3:00PM would be enough for the court to side with me. At this point I couldn't even finish my sentence when she said "Do it! Do It! Do It!" none stop, it was like talking to my 4 year old. The called ended because at that point, what is the point in arguing such an ignorant person right? UPDATE The day my package was received it was damaged, the bottle that contained my parents medication was broken along with some of the medication. When FedEx was called they said the transaction was ran as an ATM transaction and if they were to reverse it it would go to the business account. This is not over, what a nightmare! Here is my conclusion is; 1. If you cannot fulfill what your clients paid for, don't offer such service after your cut off time, if you do make it happen. 2. A nice attitude can go a long way, sympathizing with your customers UPDATE: The day my package was received it was damaged, the bottle that contained my parents medication was broken along with some of the medication.
