Quickie: + High-quality print work + Attentive and professional staff that made everything easy --- Service: Knew exactly what I wanted, I went in search of a place to produce some very professional looking saddle-stitched marketing booklets. I had a tight turnaround deadline but was more than pleased with the level of attention and assistance offered to me by CL. Darioush was great to work with, allowed me to check out samples and take a wide variety back to my office for show and tell. Just picked up the final products yesterday and am ecstatic! This place is great. You can access your mail after hours,and order things via mail that normally are not available to p.o. box addresses. Staff is nice,helpful. ~nurse

Terrible service. My package was lost (not their fault), but when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she doesn't speak English and so I wouldn't be able to speak to her. When I asked the rep to help with a claim, he said he was new. Long story short it is not 45 days later and I am out a total of $170 in fees due to this issue. I was able to contact Corporate and am hoping they can step in and assist with getting me refunded. ~Jen

I came in to make copies and print. That part was easy and no complaints. I had to post because there was a sale on these poster notecards per the photo. Well my mistake was trying to purchase something there and needing human customer service. There are at least eight staff members servicing printing and shopping but apparently for simple purchases you have to wait in line for 15 minutes before somebody will pay attention and help you. The register rang these cards up at $4 instead of the advertised $2.50 and they couldn't adjust the price so essentially I wasted 15 minutes of my time based on store error. No real apology or customer service for the waste so I won't be back to this location. ETA: did the legal research and charging a higher than posted price is in breach of the California business and professions code. ~Ghen
