Quickie: + High-quality print work + Attentive and professional staff that made everything easy --- Service: Knew exactly what I wanted, I went in search of a place to produce some very professional looking saddle-stitched marketing booklets. I had a tight turnaround deadline but was more than pleased with the level of attention and assistance offered to me by CL. Darioush was great to work with, allowed me to check out samples and take a wide variety back to my office for show and tell. Just picked up the final products yesterday and am ecstatic! Eugene is my new go to print guru. Her equipment is top notch and the quality they are putting out beats all the print shops I’ve used in the past. Customer service there is excellent, you can’t go wrong and I highly recommend them. ~Oscar

I came in to make copies and print. That part was easy and no complaints. I had to post because there was a sale on these poster notecards per the photo. Well my mistake was trying to purchase something there and needing human customer service. There are at least eight staff members servicing printing and shopping but apparently for simple purchases you have to wait in line for 15 minutes before somebody will pay attention and help you. The register rang these cards up at $4 instead of the advertised $2.50 and they couldn't adjust the price so essentially I wasted 15 minutes of my time based on store error. No real apology or customer service for the waste so I won't be back to this location. ETA: did the legal research and charging a higher than posted price is in breach of the California business and professions code. ~Ghen
