The company I work for has been working with Printing Graphics for the past 12 years. They have always delivered our prints on time if not earlier than promised. Uri and his team provided the best customer service and always go above and beyond what we asked. Their price is competitive and the quality of the prints are great. They always match the colors we approved. Uri is not afraid to direct us to a different printer if he thought we could get better pricing or methods of prints based on what we need. He is always looking out for us and made sure we get the best possible solutions for our projects. Terrible service. My package was lost (not their fault), but when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she doesn't speak English and so I wouldn't be able to speak to her. When I asked the rep to help with a claim, he said he was new. Long story short it is not 45 days later and I am out a total of $170 in fees due to this issue. I was able to contact Corporate and am hoping they can step in and assist with getting me refunded. ~Jen

This staples location is terrible for any event printing needs. (or any bigger print jobs). They completely messed up our order so at the last minute we had to send dinner menu's and other event printing needs to a local FedEx. They gave us wrong quantities, and didn't print things we needed and way more of other things we had only small quantities for instead. PLUS, they charged us double for something that they messed up. EVENT PROFS, DO NOT GO HERE TO PRINT. Save your time, money and energy and go to FedEx in Manhattan Beach. ~Charlie

Eugene is my new go to print guru. Her equipment is top notch and the quality they are putting out beats all the print shops I’ve used in the past. Customer service there is excellent, you can’t go wrong and I highly recommend them. ~Oscar

I came in to make copies and print. That part was easy and no complaints. I had to post because there was a sale on these poster notecards per the photo. Well my mistake was trying to purchase something there and needing human customer service. There are at least eight staff members servicing printing and shopping but apparently for simple purchases you have to wait in line for 15 minutes before somebody will pay attention and help you. The register rang these cards up at $4 instead of the advertised $2.50 and they couldn't adjust the price so essentially I wasted 15 minutes of my time based on store error. No real apology or customer service for the waste so I won't be back to this location. ETA: did the legal research and charging a higher than posted price is in breach of the California business and professions code. ~Ghen
