This place used to have bad service now it has gotten worse. I went into the store for TSA Pre-check and they weren't doing them despite their website showing that they did do them. I had called ahead but no one there answers their phone. Then they proceeded to send me on a wild goose chase to some place in San Pedro that they told me doesn't require appointments. They were completely wrong. This store wasted about 2 hours of my time today because of their complete incompetence.

This staples location is terrible for any event printing needs. (or any bigger print jobs). They completely messed up our order so at the last minute we had to send dinner menu's and other event printing needs to a local FedEx. They gave us wrong quantities, and didn't print things we needed and way more of other things we had only small quantities for instead. PLUS, they charged us double for something that they messed up. EVENT PROFS, DO NOT GO HERE TO PRINT. Save your time, money and energy and go to FedEx in Manhattan Beach.

Poor service at print counter. Intentionally brief with responses/holding information on how to complete an order to eventually (multiple calls and visit to store) inform me that they will be unable to complete my order due to their current backlog. Genuinely frustrating.

The management should be better. As a customer, I felt like an inconvenience to the administration. I didn’t receive the acknowledgment, assistance, or customer service that I expected. The bonus of the experience? Unfair treatment, compared to other customers. Because of this, I decided to take my money elsewhere. This business location did not deserve my money, and I went to a rival store, where I received excellent service.

An employee refused to laminate my diploma because apparently they get trained not to laminate legal documents. I tried explaining that a diploma isn't such a document but the employee didn't "feel comfortable". I went to Fed Ex instead and got the job done in under a minute for less than $2.

I went in to get my iPhone battery replaced. The guys working the tech service desk said come back in 2 hours. There was only a few other people in the store. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, I go into into the store to get my phone, and every available employee is helping one customer find a lost shipment. It takes 20 minutes for me to be helped despite there being maybe four other customers in the store. As it turns out, the technician left and told nobody that my phone had not been worked on. They get on it, apologize, and say they will replace it in 15 minutes. They say I can “shop around.” 30 minutes later, I ask them if my phone is ready, and they say that since my phone had never been worked on before, there was an adhesive on the phone’s casing that took half an hour to get open. They say it will be another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, one of them gives me my phone. 5 more minutes to sign stuff. In total, I spent well over an hour wasting my day in their store on what should have been a 5 minute signing session. They offered no compensation for my wasted day. Somwbody needs to be held accountable for this incredible lack of quality service. This is utterly ridiculous.

I went there to print my business card and manager Bryan don't know how to operate customer and he try to help me but I create my own design card and I tell him to submit and he didn't submit order and he tell me that he submit basically he messed up whole design and didn't submit in systems and he telling can you wait and I wait there for 3 three hours and I design my card to take me to two and half hour to design it and I am waiting there half an hour to see my sample at the and he say to me. That he can re design for me with in less then hour I prefer all business man this location is not worth don't waste your time and he thinks that I am printing first time my business cards I don't know I have staple rewards cards from 2016 Jan don't waste time to this location so in short no one has that much time

I like this store. The workers are helpful and nice. I have done lots of printing here. They make it easy. They help me find what I want. They have taken good care of me. This is my go to place for all my office supplies. I like the rebates. I like the easy website ordering with free shipping.

Great job, great people. Work was really good, customer service was even better, thanks to Ally. Made sure it was done exactly right. Item was very tricky antique photo reproductions large size and sepia toned. Any problems or glitches they were happy to rerun... with a smile. Rest of store has good inventory and good, helpful people. My actual rating would be 4.5 stars. Would give it a 5 but there was an equipment problem with the large machine to run the larger item. It was down more than a day, but service tech didn't show up to service it. Was glad to call ahead and make sure nearest store could do the work. Normally chain stores don't care that much....

I went to the copy center, and placed an order for 200 copies. They told me to pick-up my order 1 hour later. When I came to pay for it, the person had made a mistake--my images weren't centered. A very nice employee named Christine took the time to redo my order, and fixed it perfectly, and gave me the copies free. I guess I have to give 5 stars for that.
