Used to be 24 hrs now it closes down for 2 hours in the middle of the night which I thought was odd cause the emoyees stay inside. I used to love when it was open 24/7 and I'd get off at 3am and shop here and then drive up to winco 5 minutes away also open 24/7 and still is if get all my shopping done within an hour and wouldn't have to deal with lines or people. I gotta say though this is my favorite CVS the employees are All awesome the Oceanside Blvd location is a good one as well but not open 22 hrs like this one.

Just went there today the 8th of June 2022 around 7-8 pm, it was pretty bad, I don’t usually take my time to write a review unless if it’s really bad or really good to help others shoppers. The employees who work here are very unhelpful, they Literally just don’t give a s*** about the store, the business or anything, if go there and ask for help or have a question, good luck… if your doing a Instacard or something like that from this store, expect zero help and you will deliver it late

This is the worst place I had a respiratory infection it was 11 pm and they had customer a leaving and they wouldn’t let me run in to grab Noes wash and throat lozenges seriously the worst place

Horrible service and rude people at the pharmacy. My appointment for vaccine was at 7:00 pm, I reached at 6:50 pm. After going through two windows as per their instructions. Around 7:17 pm, I was directed rudely to Aisle 9. They have not opened the door of “ Consultation room” till 7:26 pm. Ultimately, I got poked at 7:36 pm. I think people are stressed out here. I am not coming here back for any other service.

Terrible phone system! I've called 8 times in the past month and always have to go through phone voice mail hell. Often waiting 15-20 minutes until i finally give up (waiting 2 minutes just listening to canned messages). I've asked if there is a better way to reach them. I'm told they are a busy store. Before my prescriptions were thru Walmart and I always got thru promptly. The text system is 5 stars, as long as you don't need to speak to someone then it's awful.

Update: They never have enough staff for checkout and the self check out always errors out. It seems like your always bothering the staff when you ask them to double check your coupon and rewards. In customer service. An apology for the wait helps. It truly does. What made this experience at the end better. Chana was super friendly. She indeed asked us about our rewards. You need more Chana and DJ!!!! What saved from being 1. Was the two staff members. This is a nice big CVS. Everything is stocked well. Except when an employee named Mathew lies about the restroom being out of order. When another employee opens it up for you. If you going to be lazy or not want to open up the restroom. Put a sign on the door then for out of order. This CVS employees seem all upset and short. If I can avoid the employees here I would.
