I’m a new adult so I’m new to plans, upgrades, and everything else! Morgan helped me become an authorized user so I could make account changes and upgrade on my own. I walked in overwhelmed and left relieved! Her and the other associate in at the moment were upbeat, fun, and made this long process a lot better! I saw as they helped others too and they are very kind and try to make things simple for all ages. 10/10 definitely recommend this store for Verizon needs :) switched from sprint and it was a great decision.

Morgan was awesome!! She managed many customers all at once. She took my broken phone and managed to pair it with a new one (even though it was smashed & in bad shape). Any future questions I have, I will go back to her, 5 stars all the way!

Highly recommend this location. Morgan Garrett was incredible. We came to her after another store (in Hanover) messed up our new account in a variety of ways. Morgan patiently and kindly helped us resolve all of the problems that had been created by the other salesperson. She also explained things and really took her time with us to figure out what would work best for our entire family. She is relaxed and fun even in a stressful and complicated situation with our messed up account. My teenagers LOVED her. We are so grateful that she took her time to look over things with us, save us money and guide us in the best phone plan for our needs.

While on vacation my wife broke her phone. Morgan G. Helped us get upgrades to both our phones. Her customer service is top notch! She made sure all of the details were covered efficiently. And she was the only one working and demonstrated superior multi-tasking skills by wating on several customers simultaneously keeping all ofthe details for each straight and all the while kept her smile and composure. Morgan was wonderful! Most helpful customer service I’ve ever had with Verizon and I’ve been a customer for over 15+ years. My mom was new to a smart phone and she took her time to make sure my mom got the best phone for her needs. She also was able to get my mom a FREE Iphone 12!! Won’t go to any other Verizon store from now on. Morgans truly a treasure within the company!!

Morgan and Emily were extremely helpful today when I came in with phone issues! They got me set up with a new phone and everything! They both had amazing personalities and made me feel comfortable. Morgan has been absolutely amazing!!! My step son lost his phone while on vacation. We went in to get it replaced. She talked us through how to file a claim and what to do once we got the replacement. We also upgraded my phone while there. She provided her cell number if we had any questions once we got the replacement. Let’s just say the replacement part of it was a mess! I reached out to Morgan and she helped us every step of the way again. Morgan is great to deal with and we highly recommend her if you need to use this Verizon store! I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for us! You don’t find many people that are willing to help you outside of the store!

Morgan has been amazing! She has a phenomenal energy about her and helped me through all my questions I had and trading in for a newer model tablet for my mother. She was great with my son as well. He was rambunctious the whole time and she didn't loose her cool and interacted with him. He loved her. Morgan also stayed longer than normal to help me. I felt bad since she had something scheduled! She went above and beyond! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this store for any Verizon needs!
