I went to pick up my new ring, the old one had a dimond that had fallen out. The assistant manager Daphne, helped me. She was very kind and informative. Got me up to date on my old ring as well. I highly recommend her I think she's awesome!

I hope a manager reads this and coaches their staff to field incoming calls in a more appropriate way. Bought my fiancé’s ring here, along with mine. Staff has been fine so far. Today I get a call at work about picking up a repair on one of the rings. I call back on my lunch break, they answered and hung up... I called back... they answered and put me on hold the next time without saying a word. So I waited a couple mins and Hangul. Before my break was over I called back again only to be answered and hear the phone slam down again without a “hello” or a “hold please.“ Not sure who taught you that’s a professional way to manage a ringing phone, but if you can’t answer it at the moment then just don’t? Why be so rude? Makes no sense. I know that my office phone at work can just be muted if I’m with a customer or something and can’t answer it at the moment, sounds more like someone just didn’t want to do their job and have to talk to someone at the moment.

The most awful experience I’ve ever had trying to buy jewelry. Took them two months to order what I wanted and in the end they still got the wrong size.

I feel so uncomfortable at this location. They literally will follow you or just stare at you until you leave. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It makes me feel like they think I’m going to steal something. I’d rather go to the one at woodvillage. The staff is much more nicer and makes my shopping experience great.

If I could give a NEGATIVE Star review I would....most recently, I took a cherished bracelet in to be repaired, they overcharged me, but they did a poor repair job. THEY DAMAGED MY BRACELET BY TWISTING IT & IT HAS VISIBLE IMPRESSIONS FROM WHERE HE CLAMPED IT TOO HARD! They fixed what i asked them too, but ruined any value of it. I cannot wear it because the clasp does not even close all the way now. And if I tried to sell it, I would get no where close to what I would have before they ruined it. I took it to another store, where they told me it is not fixable....they have a lifetime guarantee if you purchased it from them, but do not back the the quality of their workmanship (which sucks!!) Had to GO through corporate to get resolution - GO TO LAROG, OR JARODS!!

Fred Meyer Jeweler for sales is fine. No worries. But the watchmaker working there is rude, and he broke my watch. Strongly recommend that you not go in there. I don't know if he is on staff, or an independent. Danger, Will Robinson. Stay away.

The people working were not the nicest or the most helpful, definitely not the worst experience but I will probably go to a different Fred Meyer jeweler next time.

There service is great cuz they're on commission but then they install a battery wrong on an irreplaceable watch and its your word against them

Great place to shop for all of your needs! I do all my shopping between this Fred Meyers and the Fred Meyers in Sandy. Gas prices are the best in the area.
