They did a fantastic job on fixing up our car. We got hit in the bumper and passenger rear quarter panel and we had a tail light that was busted as well. We dropped the car off and when we got it back you couldn’t even tell we had been hit. We were also surprised and thankful that they cleaned out, vacuumed and washed the car. We were not expecting that. The owner and his First Lady were fantastic and made the whole process super easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them! Service: Body & Trim

My hubby hit a phantom ghost animal, which wasn't a ghost, coming home from church. I chose Custom Collision because they were approved by my insurance company. I WOULD CHOOSE them AGAIN insurance preferred or no. The car was finished ahead of the two weeks allowed. They made our 2007 GMC look brand new, we have had many compliments on it. Quality work with great customer service to boot. Very timely on the repairs also. Definitely would recommend them !

This business did work for me about 15 years ago. ( 2002 Chevy Silverado ). I still own the same vehicle that was repaired. Now that's time tested workmanship. You still to this day can not notice his 15 year old repair work. It still all matches the factory paint. You bet cha I called on them again when a corral panel was blown over on it denting the fender. They once again got me right in for repair. Did a GREAT job on my OLE farm truck. It's great to have honest trustworthy people to call on when needed. Keep up the GREAT work guys.

I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles and Custom Collision did not disappoint! They repaired our 2017 Highlander with all new parts and it’s as good as new after hitting a deer. They really take pride in their work and kept me up to date during the process. Highly recommend.

They went above and beyond to get my suburban back on the road. The paint and body repair they performed on a black truck is showroom quality. They stayed after hours before a holiday because i was not able to get there before closing. If you need paint and body work in the middle tennessee area stop in and get a quote. Also its a plus that enterprise car rental is 50 feet from their front door.
