Was advised battery needed replaced at an oil change today. Went to the Autozone where I purchased it to confirm and they did not have a working tester. Have had several good experiences here but things happen. They let me know battery may be prorated because only 2 years into a 3 year warranty for one I have but need to have tested at another store. Happened to be in St. Charles later and stopped in here. They were nice, quick to help, honored the warranty and, since terminals in good shape, switched it out free of charge and on my way. Very good experience! Would recommend. This type of customer service is SO helpful.

Went in to get a battery replaced and was told they won't install it in my car because it's in the back. Did it myself in 5 min. No special tools were needed (just a 10 mm wrench) and I came out spotless since it was inside the car. It was just a major inconvenience since I had to jump the car again to take it home where my tools were, then go back for the core refund.

If I could give Phillip a million stars I would !!! He put my belt on my alternator and literally saved my day. THANK YOU SOO MUCH . I really appreciated the customer service especially since it was not in his job description. Also thank you to the two young man that assisted him . He is heaven sent . ❤️❤️

ZACH. I don’t know about the other employees but THIS employee would make up for an entire team! Not only has he helped me with a car issue, but even before I made a purchase, he displayed amazing customer service and acknowledged me when I walked in. Just his demeanor towards people is very calm and I can tell that he’s the kind of guy that listens to people and understands what it’s like to be stuck in a car dilemma. Aside from answering my questions well, Zach was so so kind enough to help take a look at my headlight- after I had already tried at home with my dad. He ended up replacing my bulb which was tricky with my kind of car- and fixed the problem, all preventing me from having to go to the mechanic. as ZACH IS AMAZING (coming from someone who’s had a lot of car issues..) If you’re reading this.. THANK YOU AGAIN ZACH

I've only been here once, but it was enough to leave a good impression. I needed a battery changed out, and they took care of it right away. The gentleman was very friendly, and I appreciated his work ethic.
