I recommend MJS to anyone looking for a great car at a great price!!Me and my husband both bought vehicles from MJS and Trip was amazing to work with. He made sure to explain everything upfront and make the car buying experience a really easy, hassle free process. Anytime we needed anything he was always available and Matt was always available at the shop anytime we had any questions about any mechanical things. We paid both vehicles off in 1yr and both vehicles are still running great with no issues. We will be looking for a vehicle for my son soon and definitely be going back here!!!

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from MJ’s cars and from the beginning it was great service to the end, all questions were answered, then driving it home within 24 hours. A little over 3.5 weeks there was a couple of hiccups that occurred. Then 30 days into it, the car was not drivable. A call was made to MJ’s, with a quick return call from Matt, Owner. With reassurance given, our vehicle was fixed with covered expenses. Matt went above and beyond to make sure our car was go to go and safe to drive for my daughter!. Thank you for the exceptional service! I highly recommend buying a car from MJ’s!

I have to say this was the BEST experience that my husband and I have ever had. Trip was so great and everything was done seemlessly. We typically are always at a dealership for the whole day dealing with things and Trip took care of it. We went in on a Saturday and had the car by Thursday. Would have been sooner, but my husband and I couldn't get to the bank in time to get the closing check. I have to say as well, when we went back up Thursday to get the car we purchased, they had so many new cars there as well. We will definitely be back for another purchase down the road. MJS is a great place to find a quality affordable car, truck, or SUV in at Charles! I bought my Corolla there and it is a great running little car with low miles and very clean in and out. Tripp and Matt are great guys to deal with and they really know their stuff!

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the brakes were down to metal. What really aggravated me was that it supposedly had passed a state inspection . If it was inspected properly it would never have passed because of the brakes. When contacting the dealership they did agree to replace the brakes. But taking it back up there for this should never have been necessary if it was done properly the first time. Within weeks the engine was blown. After spending $2,300 to replace the engine the driver door window motor and regulator broke. Also, I don't know what they did to the paint job to make it look so good when we bought it but within months it was dull and worn looking. Definitely not a quality paint job nor the original paint job. We've had nothing but problems with this vehicle since day one and would never buy from them again.

Bought my first car here about a year ago, It was a White Ford Ranger and it was an awesome little truck, got it at a good deal too! Nice place to buy your first car or a lightly used one. Unfortunately someone hit me and totaled that truck but the insurance company gave me right around what i paid for it, so that kinda proves that at MJS they don't try to rip you off or sell you the car for way over what it's worth. I got it for exactly what it was worth, nothing more nothing less. Very fair dealership! :)
