Got my Chrysler PT Cruiser back on the road on the fly. Since my cooling fan went out and my engine over heated they were able to fix it in under 2 and a half hours. The service lady was the most generous person to my mother and I. She fully understood our situation since we had a long road trip to Texas from Palm Springs. My mother was very stressed out and this place literally saved us.

Sold me a 2010 dodge van with a broken power sliding door. When i requested it fixed.. they waited 3 days called told me that part was no longer available. Yet you can google it and it pops right up. They just didnt want to pay to fix it. I questioned them on the air not getn very cool. Was told they checked it and it was blowin cold. NO it does not. I had freon checked its full yet barely blows cold. I questioned them on the brakes goin all way to floor on occasion. Was told they checked them and they are fine. Obvious they knew these issues was there when selling it. They treated me like a dumb female. Deffinately was caught off that i (a woman) caught the issues and brought it up. This is the 4th vehicle ive bought (will be the last) from this lot and the only one to have issues that was REFUSED to be addressed... wish the old owners still had it l. At least they was honest... smh..

Hands down the BEST truck buying experience anyone could ask for. Friendly, HONEST, no BS at all. They know how to treat a customer right, rarely found today. Easy to work with, no pressure. They had exactly what I wanted and priced it so well I traveled 1100 miles to buy from them, that's how good it is. And I would do it again.

John S. was my salesman and wonderful with communication and finding me what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure in the beginning myself. Had a great experience here at Spieler Inc. That says something, I typically hate the entire car buying experience with pushy sales people and number games. Mark Knipp had the truck pulled up and ready when I arrived. The process was smooth, speedy and without pressure. I believe I got a fair price and they kept good on their promises. I was able to text Mark and he has handled everything from arranging service to answering questions that I had. I am an hour away in Columbia and they even picked up and dropped off the truck for service leaving a loaner while it was gone. They will definitely get my repeat business.

We really wanted to have good luck with this dealership but after questioning a price on a truck online it was confirmed to be incorrect. However, the dealer contacted us and told us he could sell us the truck for $xx,000, sounded like a good deal, which we verified twice! So we took a 1/2 day off work went there and test drove the truck we were interested in. Loved it. Went inside to talk numbers only to be told we were quoted the wrong price. Dealer admitted he wasn't paying attention when he sent us an email with the amount. He quoted us with a gas motor not a diesel. And they didn't even try to fix their mistake. Actually they came back with a low ball offer for our vehicle. Talk about a slap in the face. If you are dealing with them be careful.

Minor car emergency on the way to KC. Spielberg's was able to get us in on a holiday weekend for a quick repair. Exceptional customer service, beautiful and comfortable facility, highly skilled technicians. Highly recommend this service station!
